I'm pretty sure I will be totally sweaty, gross, and miserable all weekend..... I was already making myself go to this Bonnaroo due to the line-up, but damn this forecast is making me dread it
So if you see me, and I am bitchy and in a shitty mood, it's not you, it's me! i seriously question why I still live in middle TN.

NWS is still forecasting the following lows/highs:
Wed 54/78 Thurs 60/84 Fri 66/89 Sat 68/91 Sun 69/92
Pretty big difference between this forecast and others. I trust the NWS more than the others.
I will go with this since the Weather Channel is literally killing me with those highs. They are saying it is going to be record breaking highs! I am not about that life, southern girl or not.
Weather Channel, even more since they got bought by NBC a few years ago, has been prone to wishcast (aka exaggerate extremes) for ratings. AccuWeather too.
There may be one or two outlier models and they're rolling with that, compared to more reliable ones or a consensus.
Forecast discussion does say it will be in the 90s this weekend, with a strong ridge setting record highs out west. Expect a heat index around 100 Sat and more so Sun.

LD what's your forecast other than it's going to be quacking hotter than hells kitchen? (agree weather.com(edy) goes to the extremes and have a 2% accuracy rate in the north east.) LD.Weather.com has been very reliable for past roos. Called the "tornado camping' too. Must have been some magic in the air that day we all cooked to med-well at JBT in Tennessee...
And where is the 'traveling to roo' thread? While i may lurk a lot now-a-days, still can't help but look out for our own especially while making the pilgrimage.
