that would leave Roo with literally no options
Oh well, this is too stacked anyway. I could maybe see it happening if you cut out like 1/4 or 1/3 of the undercard and replaced it with less amazing stuff. I feel like that would be almost spot on with 2015's quality (maybe a lil better)
Metallica - Phoenix - Bon Iver Sigur Ros - The XX - The Shins - Cage the Elephant??? Weezer - MGMT - Haim - M83 - Ignore this line this isn't happening Local Natives - Kurt Vile - American Football Deerhunter - Moon Taxi - Ty Segall - Wolf Parade The Strumbellas - The Growlers - Of Montreal Car Seat Headrest - Rainbow Kitten Surprise
Out/unlikely/really hard to say: Glass Animals (not in US at the time), Deafheaven (Masquerade March 2017), Japandroids (Variety Playhouse March 2017), Foxygen (Terminal West 4/2017) Don't know what to say about Ty Segall either, they have a show in Indiana 5/11 and then one in Illinois 5/14. They could make it, but it'd be a little awkward. Catfish and the Bottlemen have one American date in CA two weeks after Shaky.
God, I want those top two lines (but with no conflict.) but, I think your third line is too stacked, all those bands would likely be second line. Also, they don't really need to bring American football back after 2015.

I would like some of: Morrissey Temple of the Dog The Jesus and Mary Chain Sufjan Stevens Lorde Fiona Apple Television Broken Social Scene Chairlift The Cardigans The Dismemberment Plan Rhye Japandroids Presidents of the USA Beach House Jimmy Eat World K's Choice The Men Cayucas Bell X1 Sarah Jaffe
Which means none of those will play. But I'll still love the lineup.

If getting Morrissey means sacrificing the Fox Brothers tent then I'm not interested.
Shhhhh no lines last year, keep it on the DL!
I always think this is going to be the year the Fox Bros table blows up and I've never once seen a line there. At this point I trust them to sling those beautiful sandwiches as quick as possible.

Hey, at least there'll be plenty of solid electronic acts to choose from.
*Remembers Shaky Beats also exists now*
.....oh.
I feel like Bonnaroo has become Blockbuster and Shaky Nouns is Netflix.

For what it's worth, I was seeing the Metallica rumor before that Facebook post. I dismissed it because it seemed silly, but I 100% think it's gonna happen now.

Nick Cave isn't playing festivals on this tour. Grimes and Beach House have toured hard the last year and a half, probably won't be active next year. Angel Olsen's tour dates make her look unlikely. Other than that it's great.

Yeah, I forgot she was going to Europe shortly after the fest. I feel like I could use just a little more pop if last year's lineup is any indication of years to come.

I feel like Bonnaroo has become Blockbuster and Shaky Nouns is Netflix.
Shaky Beats had like 3 good acts last year.
Saturday was great. ODESZA, Porter Robinson, Marshmello, STRFKR, and !!! were all great but I wouldn't have wanted to go all three days. Only other acts I wanted to see were Yeasayer, Alunageorge, and Big Gigantic (which I just saw at the tab a month ago).
