Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Tears for Fears - Weezer - Prophets of Rage - The xx - Death Cab for Cutie - Misfits Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - M83 - Halsey - Grimes - Belle & Sebastian - Father John Misty - Gary Clark Jr. - Two Door Cinema Club
Catfish & the Bottlemen - Jim James - Glass Animals - Future Islands - Royal Blood - Courteney Barnett - Whitney
American Football - Deafheaven - Car Seat Headrest - Foxygen - The Fratellis - We Were Promised Jetpacks
Other HLer options- Lorde, Lana Del Rey, The Cure, Vampire Weekend, Morrisey, Phoenix
Holy shit I'd be excited for this. Though I'd be a little salty about Shaky Knees stealing Arcade Fire. I'd prefer Morrisey as the other headliner, just so Bonnaroo could still have Arcade Fire. Only criticism is M83 is billed way too low, they'd definitly be second line. Hell they were billed higher at Bonnaroo last year. You could probably just remove Misfits all together too.

I think big things are in store for this fest in 2017.
Arcade Fire-Bon Iver-The Shins
You figure Florence and Arcade Fire cost roughly the same amount. Bon Iver pretty much said he hates Livenation, and this is a higher mid tier fest that books quality acts like Bon Iver. I just see this happening. The Shins coming back is a big deal, and I just feel like that week of Roo they'll be overseas(Northside seems like the perfect fest to book them). I think SK gets them and highlights them as a headliner this go around. This will be a sell out year for tickets this year. Let's see how my prediction holds up.
LCD Soundsystem - Bjork - Fleet Foxes Death Cab for Cutie - Ween - The XX Of Monsters and Men - M83 - Two Door Cinema Club Marina and the Diamonds - Beach House - Father John Misty Courtney Barnett - Kurt Vile - Lush - Moon Taxi - Wolf Parade Yo La Tengo - American Football - Minus the Bear - The Growlers
Other possibilities: Kings of Leon (please no), Gary Clark Jr., the War on Drugs, Titus Andronicus, Passion Pit (had an Atlanta date for a couple weeks ago but cancelled and promised to come back)
Surprise reunion special: Sonic Youth (And before Tranter yells at me, I know it's not going to happen. That's what makes it a surprise.)
Why, of all people, was I the one mentioned in this post?
I believe it had something to do with REM (I've predicted them playing this fest every year just because) in the 2016 thread, though I'm too lazy to look it up.

Though I'd be totally fine having both of them back, I'd say Interpol and Minus the Bear are unlikely because they both played in 2015 and neither has anything coming out (that I know of). Also, isn't the lead singer of Interpol touring his side project with RZA?

Didn't know that about Interpol. I just wanted them back because they were at a bad time conflict last year against NMH.
And also, the Weeknd is playing at the Philips Arena on the Saturday of Shaky Knees. So between that and this festival, that whole area of Atlanta is going to be fucked.

I saw Outkast at Centennial the same night Garth had a show at Phillips and it was fine

Yeah but I'm going to assume they didn't have half the road in front of the Philips Arena closed off for that.
The National are in the studio - thoughts on them repeating as a HL? Would be fine with me.
Would be an undercard act obviously but digging this Hinds album, would fit perfect at SK if they're swinging through the U.S.
Saw that Elbow is releasing an album & touring the UK next Spring, that would be a great get.
That Hinds album is great and they'd totally fit right in BUT... they've been touring this set of songs for like two years now. They did SXSW to promote the release, toured Europe and the US after the release, and are now hitting random US and European stuff. I doubt they'd still be touring next without putting out anything new.
