I'm guessing if they don't book arcade fire then the next step is either RHCP or the Killers. What other potentional headliners are possible if we temper expectations? There's no way TOP is still touring at that point is there? I'm trying to think of a reasonable get that would still get me excited.
If we are talking EDM than Kygo, Flume, Major Lazer is almost a guaranteed headliner I would imagine if we are promoting people/bands. I'm avoiding throwing the chainsmokers in there but I probably should include them as well.

They will be touring in the states, but they have their own shows each day of Okeechobee already (Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee & Kentucky) so they are out by default

RHCP - Arcade Fire - Chance the Rapper - Kygo
My thought process is if they were trying to book both AF and Radiohead, and Radiohead failed, they'll book a #1 of similar price to replace them. Assuming AF (hopefully) doesn't fall through, they would be the #2.
