Geezus guys we have Roo clues coming up, and you guys are split on Gambino's new material. Give it a rest, he switched up the flow and to some it's awesome and to some it's not. To those saying that it's complete garbage....I mean I don't know how anyone comes to that conclusion but this is all opinion. Let's get to something a little more exciting now since that album dropped over 2 weeks ago lol.
What undercard old school acts could you see playing next year? Since Roo owes us after their lack of old school undercard acts this year.
Barry Gibb Chuck Berry (He's in his 90s so I doubt this could work in any way, but he just released a new song, and anything would be interesting.) Aretha Franklin Dolly Parton Blondie Van Morrison and Cat Stevens would be my first and second choices but I think they are too big to fill that spot for what Bonnaroo is doing these days.

Just no. I saw a video of a performance from several years ago playin' "Johnny B. Goode" and it was pretty sad. The guy's a legend, sure, but at some point you need to retire from live performances.

Buddy Guy is up there and he'd still one of the best performers I've seen to this day!

Mavis Staples Buddy Guy Cheap Trick Colin Hay Duran Duran Pet Shop Boys Anderson/Rabin/Wakeman (tour has ended. Not sure if they are doing more) Los Lobos
What about all-star cover acts like Bustle? Roo used to have those fairly regularly. The three I can think of who are touring are: Dweezil Zappa and Whatever His Tour Is Called Now Ahmet Is Suing Him The Jason Bonham Led Zeppelin Experience Dark Star Orchestra
I heard Brit Floyd being thrown around reddit, and I think they would be a great undercard/cover band to have on the farm. Throw them on the Which late night and baby, we got a stew goin'.
I was there. I've never seen so many people in one place in my entire life. Easily outdrew every headliner.
i was there for the first few songs and i second that it outdrew every headliner. I'd venture to say it was one of the highest attended and probably also the "highest" crowd i've ever seen at ACL. If Matthew fuckin McConaughey introduces you before your show, then you're probably about to perform an epic and classic set.
May Tycho May Phoenix June Rooo July MMJ and Margo Price August Queen with Adam Lambert August Roger Waters (Bucket list #1) August Spoon and Portugal the man Sept Depeche Mode Sept Pilgrimage Fest
His Bonnaroo set was underwhelming. Not bad, just... fine. I remember it being pretty well attended, though.
I was always mad at myself fer havin' too much fun and bein' sick as a dog durin' Willie durin' his 2008 'Roo show. Finally got to make up fer it while freezin' my ass off last year, but he was totally worth it!
