I'm just now listening to Carl Broemel's album. It's great. Let's get Jim James Solo, Broemel solo, and Ray LaMontagne (backed by MMJ) all on the farm next year.

Really digging the new glass animals album. I know they played 2015 but it would still be awesome.
It's so good. I think there's a good chance that they come back since they played Thursday last time.
I'd be shocked if they aren't on the lineup next year. Thursday is a jumping off point, and with a new album that's likely to be successful, it'd be a miss if they aren't there.
Edit: This album is so good. I might even like it more than Zaba.

I had no real expectations for this album (didn't even realize it was coming out today), but I have not been able to stop listening to it. Really solid album. Hopefully this makes them a little more well known. I know I'm telling all my friends to check it out.

In regards to The Shins, the snippets James has posted of the new music sound FANTASTIC, and I am so so stoked to hear it. Almost sounds kinda psychedelic sometimes. Wincing The Night Away is a perfect album IMO, so I always suggest people start there. I'll go to at least one of their shows with the eventual tour, really would love them to stop at Roo too.

I don't like the beat on Pork Soda but that's pretty much my only gripe with the album.

I was in kinda a bad mood when I listened the first time, I'm gonna have to give it another go after work because I didn't care for it the first time!

If that's your only complaint, sounds like you're on board!

if you liked the first one you should be a fan of the second
After listening to it a few more times I do like it! I was being a sour puss the first time around I guess haha. Season 2 Episode 3, Pork Soda, The Other Side of Paradise, and Agnes are all fantastic. I guess I was wanting a little more of the heavier/"thicker" sound like ZABA had. I've never known how to describe that sound/vibe but I reallllly like it, this album is different but still pretty great.

I think I posted a list in this thread already, but here's what I'm currently hoping for next year:
The Shins The Avalanches FKA Twigs Run The Jewels Lana Del Rey (or Lorde since we probably won't get both, if Lorde's sophomore is out by next Roo I think I'd rather have her) Justice Bon Iver Crystal Castles (new album is p good!) James Blake Eric Prydz Phantogram Banks Empire of the Sun Mykki Blanco Junglepussy Glass Animals St. Vincent Chet Faker Grouplove Danny Brown
Also some that I would really love but that I don't think we will get are Sufjan and Animal Collective. AnCo will probably be done touring though, and I don't see Sufjan playing Roo although I would love it.
