Pearl Jam - Stevie Wonder - Twenty One Pilots - Incubus - Sia
This is interesting. I think Pearl Jam is a very high likelihood of being there. Just seems like the year.
Stevie Wonder - meh. If they have Pearl Jam they don't need to use that much $$ to draw in the older crowd. I'd use it to build a solid undercard while getting a band like Strokes or Vampire Weekend to fill the headline spot.
Is Incubus really Top 5 at a major festival? I think of them more as a 4 or 5pm nostalgia act like Third Eye Blind.

I see where you're going and I agree with Pearl Jam. It's time. Pearl Jam - Arcade Fire - Twenty One Pilots - Queens Of The Stone Age

take my money. This would be GREAT (and not totally unrealistic budget wise)
i see no info on a Muse tour other than a random site speculating they are working on a new album and could tour in late 2017. Only PJ info for 2017 is a rumor of them and Foo possibly touring in early 2017 in Europe

They have shamelessly hinted that they will be doing shows. There are rumors of a new album, and if you check their touring history, they don't stop playing festivals. The only "off" year was 2014 when they played Coachella and a random show in Dallas. At this point they are on the same level as Foo Fighters, the Killers or Coldplay. They might take short breaks, but they are always good for at least some festival shows a year (obviously Foo's being an exception this year, Coldplay did an off year in 2013).
Btw, another band to consider that might fill the TOP spot, and fits this festivals demographic is 30 Seconds to Mars. They have a new album in 2017 and Jared Leto has a pretty high profile these days. Could be a cheap butt rock headliner.
edit: Also possibly the most underrated as far as a headliner or sub is Alt-J. This assumes that the coachella and new album rumor are true.
Hmm maybe I should do this instead of GovBall or Panorama. If they book Muse and an undercard on par with this year I'm down. I've wanted to go to Firefly for a couple years now but chose bigger festivals instead.

In terms of venue size and number of attendees, Firefly is a much bigger festival than Gov Ball. In fact, Firefly has supposedly sold more tickets than Bonnaroo each of the last three years.
