For those that are gifted, please, I beg of you, try to fight those demons that torture you and whisper in your ear to end it all. I have no special gifts. I can paint but it looks like shit. I can sing but it will have you running out of the room. I can play the piano but it never got past bad Beethoven. I can cook but no one is paying me for my boiled eggs. And fashion? Shit, anyone that has seen me can answer that one.

Don't be afraid to get if help you need it guys. The stigma against mental health is complete bullshit. You have to take care of yourself, and any thoughts telling you you are worthless or unloved is irrational. Even if you don't have a lot of money, there are a lot of places that will treat you. Don't be afraid to reach out.
Yeah it’s really strange how much support he’s getting right now. I guess people only give a shit about abuse until an abuser that happened to inspire people with their art gets murdered. It’s sad a 20 year old got shot in the spine during a drive by but idk if he really deserves the respect he’s receiving posthumously. People are weird.
Koko the sign-language talking and understanding gorilla has died at 46. Koko showed that gorillas can not only learn different types of communication, but they can also pass it onto others. She'd also been able to process new things like a watch which she would use the signs for clock and bracelet to show she understood what it was and how to communicate it back. She should be a reminder to all those in fucking Africa eating "bush meat" that you are an asshole and nearly a cannibal.
Fuck man. RIP Vinnie. Selfishly, I had been hoping for a quasi-reunion. I’ve seen Phil with Down, and I like Down, but Pantera carried the torch in extreme hard metal when it needed anti-heroes. Vinnie was a great talent.
