Been lurking for a long time... Moved to Austin last month and just found the KUTX Four Seasons AM schedule here:
Notable names include: Black Angels, Real Estate, Temples, Black Joe Lewis, Spoon...

Oooh, Black Angels. I'll be out of state for their proper tour so need to see if I can make that one happen. Bet it's going to be a major pain to get into though, will need to do some research.
And honestly, on my first look at the pic I thought to myself, "Man, I don't know a single one of those bands."
Part 1 of the comedy lineup also announced earlier (Janean Garofalo, Bob Odenkirk, Wanda Sykes, Chris Hardwick, Horatio Sanz, Michael Ian Black, Tom Lennon, Al Madrigal, Doug Benson, Jason Mantzoukas, Morgan Murphy, John Hodgeman, adn Wyatt Cenac just to name a few.)
"During the rest of the year and throughout 2015 they embarked on their first world tour, playing everywhere from Thailand, Vietnam and Australia to the United States to the worldwide festival circuit, including SXSW (in which they played 16 concerts in just 4 days),"
I'm pretty sure Anderson.Paak did roughly 9 or 10 shows also. Anyways, here's to hoping Thee Oh Sees return!
Edit: welp, that was 2015 but I know the did a shit ton last year too.
This seems like one that you would want to get to early as fuck. Bungalow is a tiny bar. Which is cool if you get in because itll super intimate...probably holds a couple hundred.
If anyone seems Autre Ne Veut on anything please post here! I don't think he's really that big so he'll probably be on a list of unknowns. Just throwing it out there because it looks like lots of stuff is beginning to come out so I wanted more eyes looking for it!
The She Shreds party is my favorite so far. I wasn't planning on taking time off that early in the week but the lineup might be too good to pass up.

Wand is one of the heaviest California garage psych punk bands there is. Def check em out if you like Thee Oh Sees, or anything Ty Segall related (some of the members of Wand were in The Muggers)
Meatbodies are really sick too. Chad from Fuzz, as well as Ryan (who was one of the drummers from Thee Oh Sees up until November or so) are in Meatbodies.
Those are the 2 must see acts for me right now. And Spoon, of course.
edit: actually im not sure if Ryan is still in Meatbodies. But i know he was in 2014 until he joined Thee Oh Sees in 2015.
