YYY's, Iggy, and Shins probably not going to be at DfN, I could see Grizzly Bear not doing it if they're doing this (would have loved Beach House at DfN last year, but they headlined this).

I have a chance to see Iggy at FYF and I have no real desire to see The Shins again. Grizzly Bear will be all over next year.
This is still a great lineup. I just can't make both festivals this year so I'd better wait for the DFN lineup.

No it wasn't. The rule was three years and I showed proof of a gig within that one period plus we knew YYY wasn't finished. Cmon bro it's over now you can come clean. They wouldn't have helped me anyways as y'all had bad taste.

I'm sure they won't market this as a return by the YYYs at all. Just your everyday, run of the mill YYYs show.
And I voted for your lineup in the first round, so your narrative doesn't exactly hold up there, either.
Not a bad lineup, quite a bit on there I'd like to see.
But, I can likely only do one of SoS and DfN. Already have a blind presale for DfN, and they seem to be a little more up my alley. But who knows, maybe it will work out.
It'll be cooler to see em here but i'm a little confused why Pusha T and Vince are at this and not ACL where they could show up to the Gorillaz after their own sets... I wonder if ACL and SOS can do trades. Pusha T/Vince for Spoon/Ferg.
W Electric Wizard, Sleep, Cannibal CORPSE and Power Trip, they have can have actual black stage now. Personally I'd rather it be all mixed up like last year.

Man I fucking wish this festival was still FunFunFun and located in Downtown Austin. I love this lineup but I'm not about to fly to Austin, rent a damn car, drive out into the middle of nowhere, and camp.

I drove to it last year and it wasn't that bad. You could easily make the drive each day. They also hve shuttles from downtown Austin that run frequently. But I get what you're saying. It's not as easy as when it was just downtown. But there are options.

Edit: and the venue is cool as hell.
The drive really isn't too bad and the is a Buccee's on the way!
Also, it is car camping which is major selling point to me because I just sleep in the back of vehicle all comfy and shit.
Campgrounds are very open, and not a single person checks your shit so anything goes. (this may be tighter this year).
***I really hope they expand late night programming which was one of the major selling points of FFF was having show options til 2am and 3am.
That Jagwar Ma DJ set felt like it went on for 3 amazing hours.
