Chance played last year, swap him with Gambino. There was only one year there wasnt a rock headliner and if i remember right Launchpad said it was bcuz Metallica dropped out. But Jay/Gaga would get me there both days probably.
Always tough to guess who is playing this but ill go with Kanye and Muse as the headliners.
Muse seems very doubtful based on Firefly

eh FF big acts play the surrounding areas all the time and Muse skips the area with the current tour dates. But AF might be a better guess anyway and I wold prefer that since ill prob see Muse at FF.
With the way everything is going, I don't think they even bother with a rock headliner this year. Hip-Hop & EDM or Hip-Hop & Pop.

Sadly Lady GaGa has a Philly date a week after the fest, and I don't think they take the dive with an EDM headliner yet but I think the Chainsmokers are a safe bet after being at EZoo last year
Chance's tour skips over Philly... Probably J Cole and Chance I would think.

Man, Chance & J Cole as headliners would be incredibly underwhelming. Not saying I am or am not a fan of theirs, but you can't go from stadium selling Coldplay/Rihanna and Beyonce/Weeknd to that. The undercard would have to be stacked.

Even if they played I wouldn't go, and I love them. This festival is absolutely trash. I went the year NIN/Beyonce headlined and it was the worst festival experience I've ever had.
I would absolutely go if Depeche Mode played, and it would be the easiest way to make my way up front for them ever, since it will clear out after J. Cole preheadlines for the 3rd time in 4 years.
However, Depeche Mode is not playing this. They have an open date, but they don't even play back to back days on current tour dates, so I can't imagine they'd go CT, Philly, Toronto in three straight days just to do this.
