There’s a Palm Springs shuttle stop to the fest, so you don’t even need to get a rental car.
You definitely need a rental to get from a nearby airport, unless you sacrifice your first born to fly into Palm Springs.
I'm determined to fly straight into Palm Springs next year. Need to get someone pregnant quick though so I can have a few months of leeway to sacrifice it.
I was reading that earlier. Would love to hear some ladies input on it. I understand this is a big problem that needs to be addressed but does being groped 22 times sound realistic to ladies in here that have been to a lot of festivals? I sincerely hope not, cause that's disgusting if that's the norm.

I am ***not minimizing her story at all*** but it appears her definition of "groping" includes being bumped into or hit with incidental contact (e.g. a guy moves in front of you in crowd and bumps into you as he walks by). Some of her anecdotes are disgusting and terrible but I highly doubt she would be flat out groped 22 times in 10 hours.

I've never been groped 22 times like the writer of the story but I've had people like grab me by the waist or say inappropriate things to me and girlfriends at shows/festivals. It is sadly super common. I wasn't shocked at all reading that story.
“In a really big crowd, you want to have a good time, and you want to dance,” said Phoebe, 20, “It’s just really uncomfortable to feel someone right behind you, touching you or rubbing you. It happened to me a lot at Post Malone.”
We don't have a California thread so I'll ask here as there seems to be a lot of L.A. natives.
I'll be in Los Angeles for the LCD/YYY's shows next month, staying near the Capitol Records building. Any food rec's? We like steakhouses, french, vietnamese in particular. Also looking for dispensary rec's.

For steakhouses, there is a really good one called BOA Steakhouse in WeHo about 10 mins from where you're staying but it's pretty expensive
