I have a friend who bought one too many tickets to Nicolas Jaar next Friday at BK Steel that he is trying to sell. Face value $45. PM if anyone is interested.
Foo Fighters might be an obvious one we're missing. They're playing stadiums in Europe towards the end of June and I feel like playing some US festivals would be a good reminder to the non-rock crowd.

There still missing an entire East Coast leg of a tour which i assume they're planning for either March-June or July-September. If that comes out and they aren't NY dates (Citi Field + Jones Beach, maybe Metlife/MSG) - then I would pencil them in to either this or Pano.
An NY version Cal Jam as a one day fest would also be awesome.
I’m probably in the minority here but I’m happy to see foo fighters are confirmed out for either New York festival as they are playing jones beach in July.

I would definitely say on this board you are not the minority. I like them and would 9 times out of 10 see their set but they are not exactly a hard band to see

Also their music isn't that good.
Never seen them though and would almost definitely enjoy them live.

Jones Beach shows don't count out acts from playing. But Foos are also doing two nights at MSG in July and that does count them out.

Can you show me one time an act played both Jones Beach and Gov Ball in the same summer

Marshmello last summer. Also Zedd played both Jones Beach and Ezoo (same venue as Gov Ball). Also J Cole the year before that played both Jones Beach and Meadows (although that was a last min thing). Also last year Prophets of Rage were going to play both (although Gov Ball was meant to be a surprise set; and both shows wound up being cancelled anyway). Probably missing a bunch too. Thats just off the top of my head. Also, I know this for a fact.

That's weird since I think Jones Beach is still considered tri-state area but, good to know.

A lot of times acts themselves book Jones Beach as their only NYC area show. But it is far enough away that nothing contractually prevents them from playing either an NYC festival or another show in NYC proper (Foo Fighters doing both Jones Beach and MSG is a good example of that).
