Put them in the tent. Same spot Ronson was last year.
Ronson/Parker was on the Big Apple Stage right before the headliners, no?
Yes. And I can't see Silk City (billed 3rd behind Travis/Halsey) against Halsey before sunset in the tent while Galantis (billed 7th on the day) gets an outdoor stage against Kelela.
Single days on sale Thursday at noon. That Friday is looking real nice.
A few take-aways:
1) A pretty even distribution of acts I want to see across all three days. I'm glad about that.
2) YYYs into Jack White is going to be a great way to end the first day.
3) I am still on Halsey-as-Honda-Stage-closer watch. Given what's there, it's either her or Gaslight, and I don't know (maybe I'm wrong) if they're a big enough draw to close out a night. I've never had a GovBall day in which I didn't enjoy one or the other of the headliners at all, and I usually love staying until the last note is played, so I don't know what I'm going to do if it ends up being Travis Scott vs. Halsey, since I'm not into either of them in the slightest. I'll have to suck it up and try to enjoy one of them but, oof, that'd be anticlimactic for me.
4) My pleasure at the James Blake addition has been diminished by the idea that, looking at that lineup, he's probably going to be opposite YYYs or Jack White, right?
5) The Sunday schedule is going to be interesting near the end - I'd imagine we'd see N.E.R.D. into Eminem, which would mean CHVRCHES and Khalid likely lined up against them in some order. Thoughts on how that'll play out?
I still think Gaslight will close the Honda. If Damon Albarn can do it, they certainly can too.
The kids love humming Seven Nation Army. Jack will def draw a huge crowd.
He'll probably reserve Seven Nation Army for the encore and with a new album on the way (and not a radio hit in sight) I think its safe to assume his set will feature less WS/Raconteours material and more solo stuff ...with the skewing of the age being fairly young 16-23 at Gov Ball does 25% of that demo even know who The White Stripes are? Post Malone is going to be the set they're all going to want to be at.

Question: Is there any rock band that you cannot insert into this sentence? Aside from the classics and the new junk like TOP and Imagine Dragons, I don't think there is. Chili Peppers and The Killers I suppose.
