Different people running the Twitter/FB this year.
This makes wonder if they will change things up this year.
Remember that year they teased the entire initial (minus like 2 or 3 names)? I hated that. I'm a fan of a few undercard hints. Gives you a few more days to dig in and get excite.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

If Ryuichi Sakamoto performs, we might also be able to get David Sylvian on the bill...
I could go either way with that but if it made people happy, I'd be on board. I'm really hoping for Arca (not in the same ballpark, I know) but I spent the weekend revisiting the album and I love it.

It's my understanding that the BE socials are primarily run by AC himself.

He knows what he's done then. He has a tab open and is laughing at us all right now.

I'd rather get Arca than Aphex Twin.
Give me John Tilbury, Peter Brotzmann, Aine O'Dwyer, Charlemagne Palestine, Ghedalia Tazartes, Henry Flynt, Christian Wolff, Lubomyr Melnyk, Eli Keszler, Joe McPhee, Felicia Atkinson, Jurg Frey, Sarah Hennies, Joshua Abrams & Natural Information Society, Evan Parker, Nate Wooley's Seven Storey Mountain, Yoshi Wada, or (composer-in-residence) Eliane Radigue, over any of the indie-rock stuff. I like this festival because it brings together "experimental"/modern-classical/avant-leaning acts that generally can only do NYC/LA runs - not bands that can easily tour cross-country. I get having a few of them but my only excitement at the above lineup would be those sets making it easier to get into whatever is happening at the Square Room. And Sakamoto.

And it's Sanders. Pharoah Sanders.
This girl gets it.
Co-Signed on the Brötzmann and Charlemagne Palestine.
