Also, must we draft in that order of Title -> Director -> Cast or are we allowed to prioritize a director or actor/actress over a title? Because the director/actors are definitely more important to me than exactly which movie is being made. If you get the right group of people working together, you can make a previously awful movie into a great one.

I think based on the premise, you can draft whatever you would like in whatever order you would like.

I figured, I just wanted clarification before we start after the chaos that occurred in the lineup draft, hahaha
Will Film names be exclusive and chosen in the draft along with the actors, directors etc? Or outside of the draft, not exclusive and not counting against the 12 slots?

Drafted. Even though rule 3 refers to a person, I think that applies to the film name as well.
1) This is not an original picture. You are remaking or rebooting a movie that has already been made.
2) There will be twelve rounds of drafting filling the following roles:
Name of film. (Required.) Include synopsis with any relevant changes that you would like to share. (Feel free to use IMDB's. Let's keep it to no more than a paragraph.)
Director. (Required.) If you are selecting a directing team that has an established history of codirecting three or more films, they count as one selection. If they have a less established history, they will need to be selected separately.
Cast (Required.)
Optional: Score composer, soundtrack artist(s) remaking a song or songs from the original, screenwriting reworking the script, key grip, best boy, cinematographer, etc. Each counts as one selection.
3) Once someone has been drafted, they are unavailable for anyone else in any capacity.

I blame the public school system for my poor reading comprehension

On one hand, it'd be good to pick a classic because everyone's seen it and could imagine your remake but then you know it wouldn't be as good. On the other hand, it'd be easier to pick a bad or old movie because you could improve on it but most probably haven't seen it and wouldn't be able to see what you're going for.

There are definitely some popular movies that could do with a remake. I'm not gonna say what I'm doing, but I have a couple of ideas,
