Hasn't changed all that much since my first mock, but it's something
Arctic Monkeys - Queens of the Stone Age - Fleet Foxes The 1975 - Death Cab for Cutie - The Head and the Heart Dispatch - Brand New - St. Vincent - Cold War Kids - Spoon Kaleo - Manchester Orchestra - Drivin N Cryin - Gin Blossoms The Kooks - Lukas Nelson - Michael Kiwanuka

I'd be very happy with this, especially the headliners. I think if Brand New plays they'll most likely be a second line name, especially considering they've played considerably large venues the past couple years and are still selling them out. Also hope Head and the Heart wouldn't be back so soon without new material and having played Atlanta twice this year. I think (and hope) we'll see Franz Ferdinand on the lineup as well.
Could Flaming Lips be on the 2nd line? Because Flaming Lips -> QOTSA seems like a holy grail that might happen at Shaky.
I would say it's definitely a possibility. Flaming Lips were behind Ryan Adams, Death Cab, and Ray Lamontagne and were on the second line at Sloss Fest 2016. Obviously can't say for sure how Shaky would bill them but I think it's likely they would be second line if they played. If we're taking venue size into account they didn't even sell out the Tabernacle back in April.

Oh and Franz Ferdinand is out, will be in AZ->CA the weekend that Shaky will probably be on.

Shit, you're right. Starting to wonder if they're ever going to play Atlanta.

That top three would be great, but I doubt we get Arctic Monkeys. Vampire Weekend would make more sense.

AM seem prepared to drop their album and tour, VW's activity is a bit unpredictable at the moment.

I hope to God we get Arctic Monkeys, they'd be amazing front row at a festival, although I think I'd rather see them somewhere like Infinite Energy Arena, especially if they didn't end up getting to play an hour 1/2 - 2 hour set.
Gone to Shaky the last 3 years, but might take a year off for 2018 if the lineup is weak. Here's hoping it's as strong as 2015.
Because I can go for free, If we get QotSA (who I've already seen), St. Vincent, and Fleet Foxes, everything else will just be icing on the cake for me. I always welcome another chance to see Flaming Lips or VW, but arctic monkeys would be a great get for me since I've never gotten to see em. One REALLY big, totally random hope for me is that Melody's Echo Chamber come to the US to make up for their missed dates this year and SK is smart enough to capitalize on that opportunity and book em!
Out: The Fratellis - Terminal West 5/22 COIN - Buckhead Theater 2/7 Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - Tabernacle 2/28 Judah and the Lion - Tabernacle 4/20 Wilco - announced they will take the year off The Beatles Royal Blood - will be in Australia Rag N Bone Man - European tour Lorde - Duluth 4/14 Vulfpeck - 420fest St. Vincent - Tabernacle 2/17 The Devil Makes Three - Buckhead Theater 2/3
Unlikely bands: Arcade Fire - was here in September and doesn't come through very often Bon Iver - Fox Theater 11/9
Be on the lookout for: Spoon - Lollapalooza SA, hasn't played a decently sized ATL show in awhile Kaleo - Lollapalooza SA, got a lot bigger since their last time here Cold War Kids, Foals, Houndmouth - each have been here both other even years Arctic Monkeys - new album?
Likely/confirmed bands: Manchester Orchestra Queens of the Stone Age Angel Olsen The Kooks Wolf Alice

QOTSA just announced more dates, here are the May dates:
1 Miami, FL Bayfront Park Amphitheater 2 St Petersburg, FL Mahaffey Theater 16 Calgary, AB Scotiabank Saddlebank 17 Edmonton, AB Rogers Place 20 Winnipeg, MB MTS Centre 22 Madison, WI Breese Stevens Field 24 London, ON Budweiser Gardens 25 Rochester, NY Dome Arena
if SK is the 11-13th, this lines up extremely well. and muthafuckin Wolf Alice and Royal Blood are opening for them. WA is playing Terminal West in December (can't wait) but that doesn't mean they won't play Shaky again. I'm hype. Never been a huge QOTSA fan, only recently started listening to them, but if there were no conflicts, I'd make sure to see them.
If SK is the 11th-13th then that will leave them in FL for a week and a half before playing here and then going to Canada a couple days after. Makes me feel like Shaky might be the weekend of the 5th. Also added Royal Blood to likely/confirmed.

Royal Blood is in Australia on the 13th so they're out. Wolf Alice is the one opening on the southeast US dates

Oh yeah that's right. Just realized I had Royal Blood on the out and the likely/confirmed list at the same time.
