I know I've had basically the same line for a while, but this seems like a realistic conservative guess. I'd actually be cool with this if it means the undercard returns to a 2016 level.

I smell a Weezer repeat. Their summer tour with Pixies doesn't start until after FF so the dates are free. Also the new album was basically written for the Firefly vibe. Personally fingers crossed. Maybe we'll get Pixies too

If it means Firefly gets The Pixies as well then I guess I will take it, but there are way too many first time acts out there for Firefly to go back-to-back with Weezer. That would be so lame.

Love that top line! I really don't understand the Odesza hype. Griz is overdue at Firefly (fingers crossed). I can't say I wouldn't be surprised about another Cage The Elephant or Walk The Moon set. Maybe a Portugal The Man repeat given their recent success with "Feel It Still"? Lots of [blank] The [blank] haha

Absolutely love the top line. Feels realistic and i pray they go back to a simple 3 headliner format.
The rock falls off pretty quickly here though with CTE and WTM playing for their 3rd time each feeling pretty meh. Hoping Firefly can grab some quality time first-timers on the 2nd/3rd line like The National, Bon Iver, Brand New, Pixies, The xx, Ryan Adams, etc.
Portugal The Man is a lock to come back this year, IMO.
Their a lock to play pretty much every festival they didn't do last year (add Coachella, Hangout, Gov Ball/Pano/Meadows, Firefly, Lolla, LIB, Voodoo, etc. etc.)

I think Portugal the Man is a shoe in now, so I guess there’s that at least. If the chainsmokers are the crossover headliner, I mean kill me now seriously.
At first when I looked at Hangout's lineup I was pretty damn worried for Firefly but I think that if we miss a couple of the top 6, the undercard potential is really good. Paak, St Vincent, Noname, Bahamas, Grouplove is pretty solid 3rd line and down for their Saturday. We just have to hope we are missing The Chainsmokers, Zedd, and Halsey. Z
So The Killers, Imagine Dragons, and Chainsmokers as 3 of the 4 headliners?
If BOTH Imagine Dragons and the Chainsmokers headline I have to pass. I just can't justify that. I would have to put my money where my mouth is (or isn't?) and take my money elsewhere. The other headliner(s) would have to be like The Rolling Stones or something for me to go in this case.

Portugal is def a shoe in, as well as Odesza for that Friday night late night slot which I'd be cool with. Firefly could get St. Vincent and Paak who have never played and would be solid. I don't know too much by SZA but I feel like she has a real good chance as well.
I also think there is a good chance we get hit with most of: Foster the People, Awol, Cold War Kids, The Struts (Especially with them at 1045 winter jam), Nothing But Thieves, Greta Van Fleet, and prob a few others.
As far as headliners go, Kendrick would be ideal to be the only cross over with hangout this year. If we can dodge the Chainsmokers, which I doubt, that would be huge. At the very least, I hope they are 4th in that Deadmau5 slot from a couple of years ago, and there will be atleast something else to see during them. If they are top 3 that would be miserable with no counter production.

This year's was way down. 20-25k less than the two previous years were the estimates I heard.

You’d have to think Firefly at least noticed WayHome didn’t shatter any attendance records with Imagine Dragons as a headliner. Beyonce could still be in play with her being rumored to headline last year, but would still prefer a legacy rock band.
