On the other side of the spectrum, it sounds like SZA is done for a while. That's a Top 10 name on this lineup and will call for a pretty big replacement. And considering she was the only female in the Top 20...gotta think it has to be a woman.
Yea I’m not sure who they’ll bring in for this at all. Hoping for CHVRCHES but they’re really not in the same genre as SZA. Guess we know why the schedule isn’t out. Can’t imagine trying to plan these festivals

Chvrches is playing the birthday show on Sunday, so they'd have to rearrange the days a bit if they booked them.
They could potentially play Thursday night then? That’d be pretty cool.
That would be great but I don't think they have much interest in adding much bulk to Thursday. There are no single day passes available so why even bother.
Who says CHVRCHES have to be considered "top 10" just because they'd be added with SZA dropping out?
Fine, I’ll edit this. Firefly has never and will never put a top 15 artist on Thursday. Chvrches is undoubtedly top 15
I hear ya. Just wishful thinking. It'd be a hell of a way to start of the weekend (not that Chromeo isn't going to be great). I was just looking at 2016 and TDCC and CHVRCHES were right next to eachother (15-16 respectively) and TDCC was Thursday. Either way, doesn't seem like they'll be able to do it since they're busy on Sunday :\

I'm curious if they'll be on the Backyard or Main, because Portugal is on whatever stage they are on too, and I'm really hoping they're on the Backyard.
I checked last years schedule and the stages were listed Main > Lawn > Backyard > Pavilion, but looking at this it looks like the Pavilion is listed third with the Mike D DJ set, so maybe the second stage listed is the Backyard this year.

I think the Lawn can go until Midnight. The one year The Kooks headlined Thursday night they played on the Lawn Stage. Looks like last year Kesha played on the lawn from 9:45-11:00 too which looks right about when Portugal will play.
Either way, holding out hope Portugal is on the Backyard.
