As far as the playoffs go, this week basically determines whether we play Carolina for a third time this season at home or away. More importantly, it's about winning the divisional crown. Obviously, I would rather us play the Panthers in the Dome. When is the last time a team beat another team three times in one season? Has that ever happened?
In 1999, the Jaguars went 14-2. Both losses came at the hands of the Titans. We then played the Titans in the AFC Championship game and lost again. They would go on to lose in the SB to the Rams by 1 yard.
So there's one case of a team beating another team 3 times in one season. The Titans will have the opportunity to do that to us again this year.

I may be a little biased, but if there is one team peaking at the right time it's the Steelers. Our offense has definitely taken form, and a first round bye coupled with a healthy Antonio Brown could be unstoppable through the playoffs.

He has played 40 snaps this year and doesn't play special teams. That's like a Trump level use of the word "great."
Great as in he knows the Steelers playbook inside and out and I’m sure Belicheck will use that to his advantage when they see each other in the championship round

Plus I mean, how much worse can the Pats really get at run defense? Been hurting ever since Hightower went on IR.

Defensive schemes and signals charge weekly in the NFL. This is especially true against teams you’ve already played, through the playoffs and against coaches who are known to cheat. The only impact this will have is an emotional one and any personal contributions he makes in that game.
The Patriots feel like a team that has hit a wall. They can have our dead weight.

I can see this. He's definitely a bigger pickup for the Pats than loss for the Steelers. I can't think of anyone they could get right now that would help more at linebacker than Harrison.

The Pats just beat* the Steelers in Pittsburgh. Brady is 11-2 vs the Steelers in his career with 31 TDs vs 4 ints. But yeah, they need an edge that Harrison will provide.

*Well...you know.
Brady struggled all night and trailed until the second to last drive. The end of the game is what it is... The Steelers were also down several key players, including the top WR in the NFL, our top DB, our top LB and a starting lineman. All except for Shazier will be back for the AFC Championship. I like our positioning much more than previous years against the Patriots.

Watching this pitiful Cowboys offense. It is good to see Ryan Switzer getting a chance on offense finally with Beasley out with an illness and making a few plays. Looking forward to the Saints and Falcons game later. I'm really not wanting Seattle to get that final playoff spot after the poor offensive performance against Dallas last week. The NFC playoff games should all be really interesting this year.
Not entirely happy about the way the saints won the division. It's a long season, so there is that. But the loss to Tampa Bay cost me 100.00. Question is which would be the better path at this point. I wanted the 3 seed personally, which would have involved hosting the Falcons and then if we won, traveling to the Vikings. And if we and Rams somehow won, Saints end up hosting the Rams for the NFC Championship. As it went, we got the the 4 and get to host the Panthers, and depending, could go to Minneapolis or Philadelphia. I'm glad to be in the playoffs, but it's tough to win on the road in the playoffs and additionally it will be extremely difficult to take 3 playoff wins in the 2017 NFC. Here's hoping we continue the season sweep of the Panthers.
As for the Bills, I know mfers were on the edge of their seats for the end of the Bengals Ravens game. What a choke by Baltimore on 4th down though. It's extremely lucky for the bills because I can tell you as a saints fan having your fate in another team's hands rarely works out. There was a specific season we beat the panthers and had to wait on the Jets Rams where the Jets didn't take a makable field goal and let the game go. Shit sucks. But y'all got in, so let the party begin. I know our family up there are all ecstatic.
I'm not going to keep posting stuff here but the reaction videos and the videos of the Bills arriving at the airport this morning have had me weeping for joy for the last seven hours. Seek them out!

I'm riding with the Saints and Steelers in these playoffs. I really don't want Pittsburgh to be two Super Bowl wins ahead of Dallas though. I also have some interest in the Rams, Vikings, and maybe the Titans a little.
I'm happy for Buffalo fans for the Bills finally making it. I know it's been a long time since they made the playoffs. I can't imagine going 18 years with nothing.
