First Forecastle, have to agree with Dale Cooper the convenience of it all was wonderful. Not hard at all to get a good spot for most shows, free parking, not too far of a drive from where I live in Tennessee etc. I'm so glad the rain came Sunday morning to cool things down. Sunday was such a great day. I went with my gut on a few things that I wasn't planning like seeing Margo Price instead of Jimmy Eat World and skipping Courtney Barnett to get a great spot for Arcade Fire. I hate to have missed what sounds like a great Courtney show but hopefully I can see her soon and I loved being so close for AF. It wasn't that hard either, just had to wait until Jason Isbell ended and I got about five rows back for only a 50 min wait.

Arcade Fire's show was truly incredible. I really think it's the best show I've seen. You couldn't ask anymore from a headlining set. As for Modest Mouse, the only complaint was the very anticlimactic ending. They just sort of left. Didn't say anything. I thought maybe they'd come back out to play an encore, nope.
So Modest Mouse wasn’t as bad as I’ve been hearing?
There were definitely some rough moments where I didn't know what they were doing up there and I'm not sure that they did either. I put them 10th because there were some good moments too but the bad ones were really bad.
