Alright, so, Tame Impala is now headlining Desert Daze in October in addition to Pitchfork in July. I noticed they don't have anything scheduled for mid-September, yet. C'MON UNIVERSE DON'T LET ME DOWN.
I think them headlining Panorama rules them out for this.

Would it, given that it'll have been over a year since they played Pano?

I don't think Founders would want them as a headliner since they haven't released a new album since Pano. They claim to put a huge importance on exclusivity and uniqueness.
Now they did make an exception for RHCP last year who played 2 MSG shows the same year, but RHCP is a much bigger draw than Tame.

The Mezingers or Twin Peaks would be cool. Also down with Incubus; but only if they weren't headlining and taking a second line slot similar to Weezer last year.

Agreed. I like some of Incubus's stuff and might see them at a fest but I dislike when they take up good real estate.

Aren't the Menzingers playing GovBall? I suppose that wouldn't necessarily rule them out, but I don't think they've doubled up anybody, yet...
I know nothing...but it's probably because The Meadows still needs to confirm a location and dates.
So let's say it's 90% happening but a few more details need to fall in place - they can't really promote it for this and then pull the rug out from someone when it falls through.

Back to The Meadows...50 Cent just announced a 15 year anniversary tour of GRODT with 3 arena dates in UK the week after Meadows. So I think there's a good chance he plays this.
That'd be a pretty fun booking. Figure he'd slide nicely into the #4 Future slot.

I’m in the area for September 21. Be cool if it was that weekend. Paul Simon is playing his very last show on September 22nd and I’ll be at that before heading back to Saratoga Springs for the 23rd

#4 seems a little high for 50 in 2018, though GRODT is a classic. I can see him in the LL slot, maybe even Action Bronson. I do agree he'd be a great get and would be a perfect fit; the guy from Queens tearing it up in his backyard.
Wonder if they go back to two days for this year, like FYF did. Kinda feel like it would be the smart thing to do while this thing is still trying to establish itself
