I think I'm gonna make it up to this for the day on Saturday. Really want to see TWOD again this summer, but refuse to step foot in that cesspit of a venue in Camden, NJ. Can't believe that's their only philly show this year.
I also want to see TWOD this year; how likely do you think it is that they'll play 75-90 minutes at Mountain Jam? The other alternative is Panorama, but they probably won't play more than an hour there.

If you look at past Mountain Jam lineups and where they're billed I would very surprised if they didn't have at least 75 mins. Also just based off locale Mt Jam > Pano.

Was looking into tickets a minute ago and it appears they’re doing a BOGO on 3-Day passes? That’s awfully tempting. Anyone want to split things down the middle for $135 a piece (or preferably give me the free ticket)?
I’d imagine this would indicate the fest isn’t selling too well, but with the shift in lineup and that being the overall trend for most fests, not a big surprise.

Interesting. Last year the Hunter Car Camping sold out by end of March - so I'm expecting it to be super not crowded this year.

I’m thinking they’re gonna be cool about it. There were some pretty impressive car camping sites last year. We bought two Hunter camping spots just for ourselves. If we are next to each other we can join forces and accommodate.

I’ve never seen anyone checking on this stuff except the fire marshal checking to make sure tents are within the lines
6 weeks and 2 days until Thursday nights campers party! I’m getting excited. Finalizing house sitting plans. Going through all the shit that’s been stored since last year. Planning my campsite design. I’m really looking forward to Seeing Sturgill Friday and The War on Drugs Saturday.

sweet. that's what i figured. last year they were super cool - we arrived thursday early evening we had bought 1 spot but they tried parking us on a spot that was bascially a giant boulder so they moved us and stuck us on an end somewhere that was like part spot with another boulder and basically gave us 2 spots - we used the one for the car and the other for tents. But this year we will have 2 actual spots and 2 cars. In the next few weeks I'm actually going to map out the spots in my yard to exactly how much I can fit. but hearing that all they really care about is not blocking fire lanes - then I'm thinking we'll be fine.
now i'll just obsess over the weather for the next month.

Seriously! What is taking so long? We are 6 weeks away. Give us the schedule already?! I asked him when they were going to release the schedule during his Facebook live Q&A session but they never answered me.

agreed! I think last year we got it towards the end of May. And there are a considerable amount of acoustic / mellow bands that will definitely fill that new tent set up. I'm just so curious where exactly they plan on putting it and how/if it is going to cause extreme congestion getting back into the campgrounds.

Yeah it definitely seems odd. I can't imagine setting up that second stage would be too hard?
They really should have just taken a cue from Lockn' and gotten a revolving stage.

I believe in the facebook live there was mention that there would be 3 stages - the main, this acoustic one (the little one that they are moving) and the inside stage that is going to remain electric.
