Anyone think DMB is a possibility for Sunday night? They just announced their summer tour and they're playing Camden, NJ Fri/Sat and then to Mansfield, MA on the 22nd. I kind of feel like they would take too much of the budget, but they can't demand a ton more per gig than Tom Petty... just a thought. It would make sense that they had to wait for the DMB announcement to make their lineup announcement. I'm probably way off, but just having fun speculating.

I'm thinking the 2 nights the next month in Saratoga Springs make it pretty unlikely.

Yeah, that is a good point. Add in the Darien Lake and Syracuse dates, and you'd have 5 upstate NY shows.

Father John Misty playing to a bunch of disappointed Gov't Mule fans in the mountains sounds like it'd be fun to watch

If that is legit, I like it a lot. Way heavier on indie rock, but i'm fine with that. Shocked at FJM being there though.... he's in Norway on Thursday and Minnesota on Saturday
So last year when we got the initial commercial, it only included Tom Petty and Steve Miller Band as headliners, then we got a different commercial later including String Cheese Incident, as well as the other artist additions. Based on that, I'd say Jack and Sturgill are 2 of the 3 headliners.

I like this a lot. Depth over the top line this year. Assuming there is one more unnamed legit headliner. Definitely enough to get me back on the mountain this year!
Agreed. Just joking around. This is about what I heard.
I probably won't even make it for a day like I was planning.
Bummer, I’ll do my best to see you at peach then!
Sounds good! I like most of the stuff on here, just nothing I haven't seen or can't see locally besides maybe Sturgill. And then there is nothing the GF and the kids would get excited about besides PtM. Still on a search for fest #3 and maybe 4.
I live 15 miles away from Dover Downs, but the 11 names leaked on this lineup are more appealing than the entirety of Firefly's lineup imo. If Firefly could have landed Father John Misty, The War on Drugs and Kurt Vile I might have bought a weekend pass by now. Since I have an extreme aversion to city festivals, it looks like this might be my new go-to summer fest.
