I wonder if a multi-night run at FHS is going to become the viable alternative to arenas for acts coming here to avoid the whole risk of underselling MSG or Barclays.
Feel like a second night is a slight over-reach given they just played so I imagine Sun will be an easy ticket to get second hand.
'I still believe in the need for guitars and drums and desperate poetry. And I still believe that everyone can find a song for every time they've lost and every time they've won.'
Looking for anything specific? There is so much would help to narrow it down a bit.
pretty open to anything within a 20 min walk. but, definitely looking for a pizza spot and some nightlife spots for after the show.
if you’re up for something more upscale and can get a reservation estela is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. fish cheeks is nearby too, great thai food (also would want a res here). for bars after go to lower east side, lullaby for nicer cocktails and welcome to the johnson’s for a great dive

Scarrs for pizza Bar Goto is a great japanese inspired cocktail bar that also has pretty good food. I dream about their miso wings. Attaboy if you are really into cocktails but you are going to wait. I usually go to Antler while I wait but if it's nice out can be fun to just walk around. If you are looking to drink beer could be fun to go up to the block with mcsorley’s(classic with only light and dark beer as your option), Proletariat(great craft beer) and Burp Castle(belgian beer. no noise above whisper allowed). Ankara #3 or Empanada Mama for late night food.
None of these are exactly hidden gems but still good.

surprisingly attaboy was only like a 15min wait for my partner and I when we went around 9 or 10 so its def worth a try imo. amazing cocktails and they were playing a lot of MF DOOM for some reason lol

Maybe I'm totally off, but I feel like at this point The Killers can easily do Citi Field. 2 nights at Forest Hills seems like a slam dunk.
Do you want to dance while also thinking about all the ways you've failed as a human?

Yeah given it's hardly a "festival" and the experience is so awful, always nice to see it's something I'm not interested in going to. The last one I would have gone to was Green Day, The Killers, The Lumineers, etc in 2017 but my memories of 2012 and 2015 (even being in the 2nd VIP tier) were so bad just wasn't worth it.

Yes, glad I won't be feeling any FOMO with this year's lineup. Trying to decipher the TBA but from what is peeking out it doesn't appear to be anyone I wouldn't want to miss, lol.

Premier VIP is always the way to go with this.
I can't think of one person I know who would be into this

Danny Brown announced a one off performance at MHoW with Frost Children. definitely thinking about coming down for that
edit: oh shit, the way its worded implies theyre playing together. idk to what capacity like if frost children are the backing band or they have collabs but very interested.
