Did Fabiano Palladino ever announce North American dates or tour here? I might have missed it but for fairly acclaimed British R&B, wild she hasn't at least played New York

This is why we don't get the kind of festival we're always complaining we don't have...all these bands play here anyway!
Exactly! You just have to be willing to be at shows 4-5 nights a week and then, problem solved!
Well, the plus side is we get full sets from everyone. If only they didn't all decide to descend on the city in September and October and spread it out more, it wouldn't be a problem, lol.

Plus pay full ticket prices for every individual show rather than one lump festival pass price, which would be significantly lower even at current levels.

Not to mention LA gets both festivals AND bands always stop there!

Has anyone seen a good Voidz show? I caught them in a daytime slot at GovBall in 2019, and it was just an absolute mess. Like, I think maybe I would have liked the songs, but the sound was all over the place and it was pretty obvious they hadn't sound checked prior to the show, and they just could not get their shit together at all, technically. I'm curious if that's kind of the norm, or if it was an. anomaly.

I haven’t seen them since Coachella 2014 but I would also describe it as an absolute mess.
Duran Duran just announced a Halloween show at MSG.
I dunno - this strikes me as kind of a stretch. I was at their show last year at Forest Hills and while I think it was sold out, I don't remember thinking, "Oh, man, this is just begging for an arena upgrade." Plus, I don't think reception for their Halloween record was all that great, was it?

Their long term fan base is still pretty significant and loyal so I think this will sell out.

I was able to snag presale for Lenderman but AXS continues to be terrible and I barely checked out in time. Pretty sure AXS is a ticketmaster psyop.
In a sense, it is.
A condition of approval of the Ticketmaster/Livenation merger was that TM/LN had to license its ticketing technology to AEG for 5 years, during which period AEG would build out its own platform. AEG turned down the licensing opportunity, and instead quickly partnered with a startup called Outbox, which they (modestly) revamped and called AXS. Who oversaw Outbox and its transformation into AXS? Former Ticketmaster CEO Fred Rosen.

And every time I have to use it I wish Ticketmaster had an even stronger monopoly.
Did MJ Lenderman sell out all 3 nights? Also, wanted to shoutout the excellent new CAssandra Jenkins album out today and she is also playing MHOW on 10/30
