Probably not, but he's hella overdue and he did just play OSL. Hoping for either him or Vampire Weekend in the 4-6 range (too realistic to even hope they'd grab both)
Beck was great at Boston Calling a few years back. He would be solid pre-headlining on What. I can't see him being a huge draw though -- even then (Spring 2015)Tame Impala largely outdrew Beck and Morning Phase seemed huge and Tame Impala wasn't quite as big as they are now.
But, I would totally love to see Vampire Weekend and Beck at 4-6.
The Jake Shears solo album is pretty good, wouldnt mind seeing him next year. That Scissor Sisters late night set in 2011 was wild.
I’ll have to check it out. That Scissor Sister’s set was crazy fun! I had two buddies with me that year, one who was totally on board and had a great time. My other friend, I think just stayed at camp, or maybe saw Dr. John and The Meters and did not have a fantastic time.

Girl Talk into Scissor Sisters was my first Bonnaroo late night ever. Easily the happiest crowd I had ever been apart of.
They would be fun to see at Roo. I always hope for The Shins but I'd take Broken Bells in a heartbeat.
They kicked ass last time they were at Roo. The crowd really sucked though. They were scheduled to play the same stage as Wiz Khalifa right before him. So a lot of Wiz fans camped out at the front talking through the whole thing.

That's obnoxious, I hate when that happens. I've never gotten around to seeing a Broken Bells show so I'd love if they came back! I'm excited for new music, I really enjoyed their previous albums.

this was one of my most anticipated sets, I love James Mercer and The Shins and DangerMouse is my favorite producer ever. So naturally Broken Bells is one of my favorite bands. But yes the crowd had me in a weird vibe/ mood. I was off to the side and tried to get more centered and no one would let me and no one around was singing or dancing. But they were still great. Just want another chance with a better crowd.
They’ve gotten bigger but I don’t think they’ve gotten better
I agree, I'd even argue they've gotten worse. I enjoyed the Love is Alive EP but their newer songs are trash
Which songs? I hated Shake Something the first time I heard it and now I love it. Last to Leave is pretty good too. Their old stuff is alright but it seems a little off sometimes, the vocals on Fire just don't feel right.

I thought Last to Leave was alright but Dear Sense, The City, Better Not, and Shake Something are all pretty meh for me. But I love Fire, Slow Down Love, and Love is Alive.
Bring back Nothing More and put them in a tent Thursday night up against some up and coming EDM name! this newish song has been stuck in my head and it’s wonderful Never realized until recently that they played The Who stage back in 2016, I would’ve loved to go to that set if I knew then. They sound so great live and I saw them even try out their crazy drum machine thing at Rockville for the first time last year. The man has crazy change of pitch and is a o energetic on stage.
