I feel like they say that you can't transfer/sell tickets to others every year but then don't enforce that at the actual show.
Its looking like I will have to sell my 2 milk carton kids and likely my 2 deer tick on Saturday Tix. Lyte currently wouldn't let me sell MCK cuz they have more people selling than they have requesting (ouch).
I'm hopeful I can just sell to people waiting in line and transfer at the will call thing before going to other shows
For anyone trying to sell or buy Deer Tick tickets... I was able to call Seated and have them switch the will call name for a few of the tickets in my order. Easy peazy. But I wanted to warn you that in my original email Seated stated that today/tomorrow (I can’t remember if it said through or by) is the last day to make name changes on the tickets- so you may want to look into selling/buying sooner rather than later or you’ll be stuck having to do so at the door.

Yeah, I don't have anyone to sell to yet for deer tick and I'm also just a few people away from getting into Mavis So i still want to make sure I have that before unloading DT. I'm sure I'll be fine
Songs For Beginners officially replacing Noname. Very cool
That is great. I see it on the App as "Songs for Beginners" but not seeing anything more.
That being said, with that announcement I am doubling down on CAAMP performing before Yola at the Harbor on Friday. I may stand alone on this, but am hopeful I can come back and say "I told you so" on Friday.

From a Rolling Stone interview with Sheryl Crow: "In the interview, Crow also digs into the making of her guest-packed new album Threads — which features Bonnie Raitt, Mavis Staples, Chuck D, Johnny Cash, Eric Clapton, Sting, Kris Kristofferson, St. Vincent, James Taylor, Maren Morris, Joe Walsh, Gary Clark Jr, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, and Neil Young among others — and reveals plans to assemble enough live performances with the guests to make a documentary."

Unreal to me that they scheduled her right next to the Highwomen on different stages. I think I'm gonna have to prioritize Sheryl...
This festival is so great and so terrible at the same time - making me make decisions like this. Argh!

I saw Sheryl last week in Mansfield. It was ok.
The hard part is trying to guess if she does a regular set or throws something special together for the occasion.
It’s interesting to see the board criticize the decision not to replace NoName with a comparable act when Caamp was thought to be the TBA set, but a lack of identical criticism when Songs for Beginners is mentioned as the TBA.
As if musical preferences didn’t determine these feelings.

Here’s my thoughts on the replacement:
They probably saved more money...again...that seems the theme this year. Agree that this should have been a comparable NoName replacement. But, also think that it would be difficult to get a similar replacement, in short time, because they have not booked many artists in that genre.

while i am bummed about noname, i love caamp and missed them last year to see low cut connie so i wouldnt be mad to see them show in any capacity. i understand desire to replace with like talent but for an already creative booking choice like her, i can see it being harder to match.
They should at least do something interesting with the time slot if they can't get a comparable booking.
I'm also definitely biased because ever since they were announced last year I've found Caamp to be incredibly lame

#10 in line for Mavis, but I’m feeling lucky, comeone baby momma needs a new pair of shoes
Yeah I'm at 7 now. I was able to get a steal your face ticket through someone (not lyte) and now if I can snag a Mavis I'll be set
Ended up getting Mavis tickets via Lyte last week. Now I have both Ellis and Mavis. Am going to go back to Lyte with Ellis if I can't figure out a 2-2 swap for Cook tickets. It's too bad because both shows could be fun. Those Saturday night Parlor shows can be a lot of fun. Much more of a sloppy party atmosphere but magical in their own way.
Also a chance I will get the Cook tickets through Lyte as I am #8 on that list.

Does anyone need a parking pass for Friday? I think I've decided I'm going to take the Newport Harbor Shuttle to the Fort and back on Friday so I have enough time to make the Steal Your Folk show (I wish the best of luck to those here still trying to get in - I pray you do!!).
I don't want the parking pass to go to waste, so I'm happy to donate it to somebody who needs it at no cost.
