The time has come. Bingo Results are in!!!! First off, nobody got 7 in a row so I have fallen back to who had the most overall. And the winner is:
a tie.
rjgreen88 and TimBobSnow both got 14 correct (or 13 if you don't count Phil Cook.) TimBobSnow got closer to 7 in a row with 5 in one row and oh how lucky we all would have been if Tom Waits and the National had both been included in the lineup.
That being said, TimBobSnow offered to buy the beer for the winner, so in a way the only winner could be rjgreen88. I propose that they have a duel of some sort to figure it out.
The full results are available in the shared Bingo Word Doc I put together earlier. I have updated it to indicate the winning picks. Feel free to let me know if you see any mistakes (as I am sure there are a few.)
My last comment on this is that my service has been completely voluntary and I was not lucky enough to score any aftershow tickets... so if you feel any gratitude towards the effort and have a couple of tickets you are looking to sell... you know the guy. Can't do Thursday but open to Friday, Saturday or Sunday. (I would especially owe someone for tickets to the Cook Brothers show. You might just automatically win Bingo next year. wink wink.)
Does Maren Morris not count? Not sure if anyone else had her on a bingo card besides me.

They didn’t book Maren. They booked Highwomen. He actually counted Museum this year, which hasn’t been in years past. Gotta hit the nail on the head to get the points in NFF bingo.

I suppose that's fair. I was hoping it was any announced performer.
I think it's awesome that their first show will be at Newport Folk! From the sound of that article, I wouldn't be surprised if we have guest spots from Sheryl Crow and Yola during their set, since they are "honorary members".

Haha no duel necessary, congrats rjgreen88! The beer is on me
No beer necessary, let's check out a set or aftershow together and split the tab. Thanks jbthepee for organizing. Always fun.
Music to my ears. Looks like I'll be able to see then twice this year (if I can snag tickets). Love the Capitol
I’m sure you saw it already but if you have forest hill tickets you get presale access
Thanks. I did see that and I do have a Forest Hill ticket so I'll be trying for a GA ticket to this show. My Morning Jacket and their 3 night run at the Capitol a few years back is one of my favorite live music experiences of all time. Definitely down for this.

I think I recall reading that Courtney Marie Andrews is on the album as well and is an “honorary member”.

From a post on John Prine's Facebook page "I’ve been fortunate to write with the great(ful) Bob Weir lately, and am really excited with what we got going on." Can we get these two too the Steal Your Folk show PLEASE.

I was looking back the other day, and found that he actually played Newport when it was Ben and Jerry’s. I didn’t know that. The connection is there, so I’m confused why it hasn’t happened again yet.
Alright, so I came across some information a little while back, mentioning a couple artists that are said to be at the fest. Conflicted about how to share it, or should I share it. Don’t want to share it with people that don’t want to see it.

If this were to happen, I would probably faint from excitement!
I'm actually surprised Bobby hasn't been invited back yet - his newest album, Blue Mountain, is a beautiful acoustic folk album which was produced by Josh Kaufman. It would fit in beautifully in a Newport setting I believe.

If others are open to it, I'd love to hear whatever scoops you have!

Is there no spoiler feature on the board where it'll appear all black unless you click the block? May be thinking of some other board or app I use.

I'd be open to hearing about it!
Ditto.
I’m also now curious about the information because you’re often the first to find info (impeccable sleuthing!) and share it without concern.

New albums from older artists tend to rarely wow me... as if oftentimes their most creative days are in the past. But that Bob Weir album is truly wonderful. One of my favorite to come out that year.
