All I did last night was go after John and go hunt. About to dig in. I really just wanna hunt for awhile. haha.

It's currently on pause while I sit overlooking the next mission after that. I will likewise take forever to finish. I got annoyed when Dutch yelled at me to regroup on the combat tutorial mission at the mining camp because I hadn't looted every body and checked every structure.

Dutch hates me. I've looked in every shelve.
Finally out into where I'm able to venture out more. Gonna bring back a year's worth of game for the camp and be a fur trader.
I won't be getting the game any time soon, but out of curiosity, from disc (on PS4) how long does it take to install?
Not what you're looking for but to compare, it took me right under 2 hours to install it and the day 1 patch on Xbox.
Edit: I just sprinted after a turkey and shot it with my pistol execution style. As you do.
I would say it was about the same for ps4. I was in and out of the house running errands while it was installing, so I couldn't give you an exact number. Be aware it's two discs, so you have to be around to switch discs.
The world just feels so dangerous, like you could get ambushed at any moment.
Was able to do a little free roam this morning. Shot a coyote and was carrying the pelt back to camp (because somebody forgot to bring his horse). I was about halfway back when I heard what I thought was a cougar. I maxed out my stamina use hauling ass before it got me. Didn't even wait to confirm one was actually present.
