Giveon and girl in red are cool but I wasn’t expecting nothing groundbreaking. I don’t care for 2 of the headliners and the 1 I care about hasn’t put music out I liked since the last time I seen them.
Damn. So now we wait for the In The City shows. And thats really gonna kill the fest sales if any of the headliners do a side show which wouldnt surprise me at all

now that it seems the lineup is finalized when does Primavera typically release set times for their festivals? should we expect them in june/july or more like august/early september?

2 weeks before the fest seems to be the norm with their Barcelona fest, not sure about the others

Primavera sent me an email thanking me for attendance in Barcelona (even though I never ended up going) and at the bottom it has a link to discounted Primavera LA tickets. $345 three day passes, $200 Two day passes for either Fri+Sat or Sat+Sun and $139 One day tickets

Glad I bought tickets to this a couple years ago when it was still a 2 day event for $189 or something. Definitely not worth the asking price now considering how few acts there are each day, but that should make it nice for scheduling conflicts a la last year's Desert Daze. This should really be 2 days and TANP should be 3.
Having said that, I am still very excited for Stereolab, Darkside, Fontaines, Dry Cleaning and Squid. Also, haven't been to this venue since FYF 2013 I think? Interested to see what changes have been made.

Theres more trees, a bridge, permanent bathrooms and less overall space. There isnt the big ass empty field like back in 2013.
Has anyone who bought passes for this in 2019 received your digital passes yet? I assume they'll email those later but want to make sure I didn't miss them.
Edit: NVM I figured out how to log in to that account and can see that the passes haven't been delivered yet.

I remember back in 2020 or 2021 I was looking to see if I canceled those passes or not and it was a giant pain to find the order since it was beyond the event date. which link did you use to find them and did you have to look up by order number? was it just primaverasoundla.frontgatetickets.com/ ?
edit: I figured it out. I have to be signed out to see the order and have to look it up with the order number.

Is this one guaranteed to be a shit show with LN and the venue size? Love the lineup but all the talk has me nervous and I'm planning/balancing other August to October fests.

Probably. Although since its not going to be sold out it might make it easier to see bands throughout the day cause of the not so large crowds. But the bad part is if they underestimate and just short change the people who do attend with less facilities onsite.
