Had been in the works. Bauhaus was supposed to do something else instead of a solo date, but it just didnt work out and they took the Live Nation money instead.
I wouldnt worry about that Seefeel overlap if you really wanted for fork over $100 to see Bauhaus.

Someone on the Coachella subreddit is claiming that Travis Scott is playing. Of course I'd take it with a huge grain of salt but I'm pretty sure I saw another person say Travis Scott is playing Primavera Sound too somewhere.

Primavera has gone all-in on YOUTH MUSIC, so it wouldn't be that weird.
The question is, do they really have to tho? Especially in the US where there's so much demand for "festivals like in Europe".
It's a very strange development where you see US festivals (see Lolla f.e. this year) really going in for young people whilst European festivals are much more conservative about it (not even talking about poptimism or New Normal).

Nothing weird about Travis here. I want the Bauhauses and Nitzer Ebbs as much as anyone, but I also hope they book a few mainstream names up top to sell tickets.

Yeah it’s not but it feels like a very ordinary way to “premiere” a fest. I guess I have high hopes that this will be a little less predictable than other American fests but I’ll happily take predictable headliners with an amazing undercard.
With Live Nation having their hand in the pot, there is going to have i be a travis scott in the mix of names. I mean if it was a copy cat of fyf 2017 plus some other rare acts sprinkled in, thats a slam dunk, especially since the capacity isnt going to be high

I just can’t even imagine them getting Kate Bush. I say good for Primavera for even attempting to book her if they actually are.
