I’d be thrilled with Rage. Far less so with MCR. Would also be way into Kendrick. Would be cool with J. Cole or The Weeknd. Am holding out hope in the deepest, darkest, smallest corner of my heart that the delay is because they’re holding out of deference to Pearl Jam’s plan to announce their album release and tour (it’ll never happen).

Don't think I didn't think that re: Pearl Jam, hehe. I would definitely go for them. RATM would definitely get me to Governors Ball too, MCR not so much.

Well, Pearl Jam just announced for MSG on 3/30, so we know they weren't the holdout (not that I thought there was much of a chance of that, to begin with).
And thus continues the annual tradition of my dream of seeing my favorite band of all time at GovBall dying. ONE OF THESE DAYS.

That show is gonna be $175+ as a get in price
There are only a couple of acts for which I'm willing to totally break the bank on the secondhand market if I don't get tickets through official channels. Did it for Radiohead in 2018, and will be more than happy to do it this time around.
Also likely hitting up Baltimore. YOLO.
Now, the big question remains who the holdout is that's leading to this lineup delay.
11/19: Caribou 11/22: Ranger Trucco 11/29: Armand Van Helden* 1/16: L'Impératrice 1/30: Jamie xx 2/1: DJ Seinfeld 2/7: Mild Minds* 3/1: Father John Misty* 3/19: Confidence Man 3/23: DARKSIDE 5/8: Rüfüs Du Sol

I wonder what headliner all these festivals are being held up by. Shocked that not one of Firefly, Governor's Ball, Boston Calling, and Primavera Sound has dropped their lineup yet.
Since CoS has already leaked the other headliners for Governors Ball and Boston Calling, we will likely know who was being difficult when the lineups do drop.

Not sure if its a headliner or sub level act. almost wondering if it is MCR for all 4
