How likely would either Foos or RHCP be given they are doing Boston Calling? RHCP has a relationship with Founders given they played the Meadows in 2017.

I feel like one of them will be there if they dont get Rage (which i don't think they will)

Postpocalypse averted - Post Malone's playing Newark and Nassau Coliseum in February of next year. That'd put him afoul of the radius clause, it seems to me.
True, but this was definitely my favorite year. That does come down to tastes to an extent though. I also had a great time camping with lastnameicecream which made it more enjoyable

I'm all for this new age policy. There's a limit of two under 18s per adult, so somebody's 21 year old sister can't bring in 10 of her sibling's under age cronies.
11/28 Raveonettes (Copenhagen, Denmark) 12/4 Interpol 12/14 LCD Soundsystem 12/31 Billy Joel 1/25 The Killers (Las Vegas) 2/12 Jack White 2/25 Father John Misty 3/6 Inhaler 4/10 Franz Ferdinand 4/17 Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds 5/15 Amyl & the Sniffers 5/18 Fontaines D.C. 9/1 Oasis
I have mixed feelings about the age policy (and I say this as someone who is turning 36 in a few days). On one hand, will be nice not to have so many vomiting teenagers aroudn although I think people forget that a lot of the "Youngsters" they get annoyed by are college kids so will still be plenty of that to go around. On the other hand, my best formative live music memories are from the years of age 13-17 when I was WITHOUT an adult. Taking the train into the city to go to Hammerstein, Roseland and Irving Plaza as well as surrounding ampitheaters without a parent was awesome. I never even drank alcohol at concerts until I was in my mid-20's anyways since I didn't want to mess up any memories. I guess Gov Ball isn't really a festival for music lovers anyways so if you can wipe out the amount of kids coming just to drink underage and take IG stories it's for the better. I'm also sure it lowers insurance costs and lets them hire less security so I imagine this is more financially motivated than anything else. Still feel bad for the younger music lovers though.

Yeah I agree. I went to soo many shows from 15-17 and I feel bad for kids who just want to go and see the bands. but I understand why. Going to Boston Calling at 15 to see Brand New and Modest Mouse was one of my favorite concert experiences ever.
Im pretty shocked they did this, that 14-17 was a pretty big part of their demographic. I wonder if they will book different acts now that they have changed who will be allowed into these events.
