Interesting that Sacramento is in the mix when it likely mightve been an in between date during Coach. But I guess a post Stagecoach show had to be there too.
At this point it seems clear that GV doesn't care what Kanye says or does. Barring a criminal investigation of some sort, his behavior doesn't seem like an impediment to booking him, which I think is probably shortsighted of them, but it's not my festival.
“No he isn’t at his peak” is doing a hell of a lot of work here.
Yet he is still massively popular and the other user said his next tour wouldn't do well
What proof is there he wouldnt?
Not like you added anything of value, do better
Kanye’s popularity is plummeting. Every time he opens his mouth he loses more fans. You have to be delusional not to see that. His last two albums did a fraction of what his peak albums did sales-wise. His first week numbers don’t mean much when they just show people listened once, said “this is trash” and never hit it again. Jesus is King was out performed by Post, Travis, Juice Wrld, Khalid, Lil Nas X, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and I don’t even know who else because all I can find is year end lists and Kanye didn’t do well enough to make any of them. Same shit with Ye, Drake just completely left him in the dust (who has double Kanye’s monthly listeners, btw)
Like ya, Kanye still has fans, but so do R Kelly and Chris Brown, and that’s where he’s headed. Other than some mush brained diehards and a few people falling for the right-wing Christian grifter shit, he doesn’t have near the mainstream appeal he used to.
And I’m saying this as a guy who wants him to turn it around. I want Kanye to be better. But the only one being delusional here is you.
I agree with both points. He’s on a downward spiral and makes no sense to book but despite all of this, he has a massive following and even losing a decent fraction of them still leaves him extremely high in the popularity realm. if he stops being a bad person with bad opinions this could be a thing of the past

Still didn’t answer the Q about ticket sales or a tour
Helped resell W2 with a Sunday morning performance Made CFG’a weakest lineup in a while sell out very fast
Still more monthly listeners than Kendrick and Cole by a good margin
I didn’t say he is Drake popular, almost nobody is

33M monthly listeners and yet Wash Us In the Blood has <30M spins. Jesus is King sold 267K week one? College Dropout did 440K. TLOP did 400M total track streams in six weeks as a TIDAL exclusive. He's not at that level anymore.
I know this gets said approximately 7 million times a day but I was watching the Charlotte Gainsbourg set from last year again today and goddamn do I miss live music.
