So money is not great right now and I see that tickets on Stubhub are going for around 395$. I'm thinking about selling my ticket but is there anything I really need to know before I do that? I just don't know if them changing dates again affects anything as far as selling my wristband goes. I also know nobody is buying, but if I could randomly get another 300$ right now that'd be great.

Well for now, there only seems to be a handful of hotels that even raised their prices for October so you might luck out. Seems that everyone wants official confirmation.

Just keep all your confirmations in one email folder so you dont forget one and it slips through. I almost had that happen one year but was fortunately reminded a couple days in advance by the hotel that my stay was approaching so I was still able to cancel without penalty.

Okay yeah I didn't know they could request a refund in that scenario and it'd fall back on me.
Actually when you sell tickets on there you’re technically selling it to Stubhub, not the buyer. So even if the buyer refunds or voids their transaction, your transaction to Stubhub is still valid so you’re still obliged to deliver the passes.
But Fozzie is right, they’re not paying out in advance anymore so no use going down this road if you need money now.
Not that it does anything for anyone but it appears MGK will be there. He’s definitely second line now too which is a bummer. There’s a nu metal fest in central Florida and he was on the initial lineup and when they postponed it he was gone. Today they released the second wave and there’s one headliner blurred out still and in the comments the festival responded to someone asking about MGK and said “he will be there.” So just seems it’s a legal thing for him to be on a poster. Kinda funny how iii points “accidentally” leaked their artists and now this festival is just coming out and not even hiding it lol
Several other names are blurred out too and I highly doubt they're all for Coachella since they don't book this shit. Could very well be another festival that's withholding all those names. MGK could play Coachella too (not 2nd line though) but it's not a foregone conclusion.

Definitely DO NOT sell on Stubhub right now! IF someone actually bought them your payment would be held up until AFTER the event takes place (whenever that may be). I learned my lesson with the Stones. I don’t know when I will ever see that money.

Ya I bought both weekends at presale then sold the ones I wasn’t going to use. Now not only am I annoyingly on the hook to resend those tickets whenever it is this fest might take place, I’m out $800 bucks or whatever for like 2+ years.

If Coachella is October I wonder what happens to Flog Gnaw/Day N Vegas. I had so much fun there. They aren’t in the same area but they definitely shared artists with Coachella

I think there would be enough talent available but not sure if GV would be able to afford to hire the people necessary to put all of them on

I’m not an advocate for MGK my man. But the fact they said he’s playing in the comments leads to speculation. Also the fact he’s blurred at another festival who released the entire lineup should prob confirm it. Rebel Rock might want to drop it with a few other names to make it a phase idk couldn’t tell you. It makes no sense for a festival to tell someone is playing and not advertise it on a poster

Hatsune is a legitimately cool booking. MGK just feels really trashy and dated for Coachella.
