Kim's just has a handful more standout for me, but Gizz/Underworld were hard to vote against.
Jortles, better headliners for me, better subs for me, U/C's pretty even.
I did feel at first that there were a lot of good undrafted acts but I feel like most people picked similar ones so this draft came more down to headliners/2-3 liners than usual.

Kim (closest matchup for me this whole draft. Kim's HLs win for me, but Cdevs 2nd lines are pretty insane. Just came down to which I felt I'd more likely travel across the country for.)

Really like Bings lineup. I’ll prob end up doing a deeper dive since this may be a very close one.
For now I’ll say that drafting only 1 act that would headline Coachella is becoming less and less negotiable for me as we move further and further into the process of whittling down lineups. You guys have heard me about this a million times in these drafts, so I hope it’s clear that I’m not using this argument out of convenience. 3 real headliners, or 2 real headliners with one boarderline act being promoted is a box I’ve always needed checked in these games to vote for someone.
In my mind The White Stripes are a real headliner. Florence could have the borderline / promotion argument made, and Kacey / Sufjan are further stretches.
But honestly even Florence Im just not sure about at this point. She had a few massive songs over a decade ago, has never made an album that reached a score of 80 on Metacritic which is the number that indicates widespread critical acclaim (I think?), and idk for that to be the second largest headliner just doesn’t make sense to me.
I get that Im one of a handful that thinks we should consider this so strongly when voting so Ill probably eventually analyze this more. Totally get why someone would vote for Bing his lineup is dope. But had to address the Elephant in the room (WS pun intended).
I've no idea where the sentiment comes from that Florence wouldn't be considered a headliner like... at all. Back in 2015 she was already headlining ACL and Lollapalooza (both times as a #3) and was #5 at Bonnaroo. She headlined Gov Ball just last year aswell? And Idk when it was necessary for artists to have a critically aclaimed album to headline festivals either? Also.. Metacritic, really?
