He didn't even vote last round and we're currently winning by way more than a single vote. This is transparently petty.
Not really You guys are given an advantage. I said it probably wouldn’t even matter. This seems really reasonable.
Obviously you can't do this without a prop, and I don't think you can get fair results from a prop this late in the game. We've knocked out one team, we're currently beating another, and anyone who might potentially face us later is going to consider that when voting.

you can’t “consider” against an extra vote, you just get fucked. Obviously you’re bias towards yourself here but is there any actual argument from you against it?

I'm talking about prop voting, not bracket voting. How is that not an actual argument? We've knocked out one team, we're currently beating another, and it's clear who we would go up against next. Obviously all of those team members have specific reasons to vote for a prop that takes away one of our votes. Reasons that would not have existed if this had been propped before the first round.

Prop it if you think you can get the votes.
i don’t it would get the votes cause no ones online. My mistake for thinking you would want this to be fair.
Seems like most people are saying we’re less realistic than a team with double legacy headliners and a repeat headliner from 2019 and a bunch of barely relevant or overbilled subs (schoolboy, Interpol, dog blood, Halsey, ty dolla, Leon Bridges)

I didn't know there was a time limit on prop votes. Do it whenever you want. I'm not sure how literally telling you to put it to a vote is being unfair.

it’s 72 hours I think but we can’t even get 27 people to vote.
We should have just had people abstain from their own matchups. Would have avoided this and not made any significant difference
that makes it harder for me to count and it encourages people to vote cause they gotta vote for themselves if they wanna win. People wouldn’t vote as much if they already got their part, was a theory that some people did this in the polls and only voted for themselves.
KingJames - Relatively equal quality, I think KingJames is a lot more realistic, especially knowing Bonnaroo has tried to book Macca again recently. Sangdeto's rap lineup is being extremely overrated by old people.
DragonPit - This is an easy decision and we're losing based on the boomer vote going all in on The Stones and The Cure double legacy headliners and past their prime subs.
Frazzledrip - Taylor is a top 3 headliner in the game. better quality and nothing extremely unrealistic that makes up for that.
Caps - Much better quality and though the jaz/fred lineup seems more realistic at first, I actually think it's pretty unrealistic itself. (Chance subbing, Gambino repeat, The xx is all doing solo stuff, Twigs sub, AF is no longer relevant)
"but easily the BIGGEST sin in this game is claude von stroke being your top electronic dance act at 24th overall. that's just disqualifying imo"
This is just flat out wrong. Gorillaz, Kraftwerk and Jamiroquai are electronic dance music.
Fred and Jazs top electronic music are two acts that have existed for 15+ years and played in 17 and 18.
No I don't have Kygo or Porter, but it's not like the kids are going in waves to Kaskade.
They also have 5 headliners including the hands down biggest #4, and an xx that is in the same boat as Florence if you're going to say "why would she come back and sub". Rarity of play, Jamie's rising profile, put them at the least in the same ballpark.
DRAGON ENERGY / whereispassionpit - I'm not going to say too much here, but this is probably my favorite overall lineup aside from our own. It does a great job at capturing the randomness that made past Bonnaroos so good and exciting. I don't love MCR as a headliner, but that has more to do with personal taste, I think. Your superjams are kind of meh to me, but whatever. A few genres seem slightly lacking but the quality is off the charts. Tried to put a schedule together for this and gave up because I basically hit conflicts at every block, which is a very good thing.
fearandparanoia / money / problem dog - I don't really like a single act in your top 3 but it's an extremely good top 3. The lineup as a whole, extremely the top portion, just screams "Bonnaroo." Really good balance of genres, some really cool "classic" acts, and the Banned Ol Opry is one of my favorite superjams. This is just an extremely plausible and well-rounded lineup.
I wouldn't have guessed the fear/money/problem dog would win this matchup for you based on these reviews!

Until I really broke down everything I never thought I'd vote against frazzledrip. Actually trying to follow the stupid rules changed my voted on a few things.

i meant Other-esque electronic dance music, which i think you knew. and Kaskade had one of the biggest crowds in coachella history last time he played.

No one seems to be against extending so I’ll extend until Tuesday at 6. Next one should go without extension since it’ll be in the week and it’s only 2 matchups.
King T and JTR barely edge out Sangdeto for me. Both very very realistic but KT and JTR are ever so slightly more current.
Neither Dragon Pit nor E Money and co have lineups that I think are entirely realistic but I would rather go to Dragon Pit's so they get my vote
BingRummy over frazzledrip. I think Frazzledrip booked way too big of an uppercard with arguably 4 headliners on Friday alone. I'm really shocked this one passed the realism sniff test tbh.
Jaz/Fred over Mac Dog. Similar feelings as Frazzledrip with Mac Dog's lineup. Way too many borderline headliners and critically acclaimed uppercard artists. Roo would never book Kraftwerk, Patti Smith, Thom Yorke, Jamiriquai, and Explosions in the Sky when Gorillaz, Pearl Jam, and Tool are headlining.

that last sentence makes no sense to me. I feel like they'd only book those acts WITH those headliners

I thought through that when I typed it. I agree that booking those acts together makes a lot of sense and I would love a lineup like that but I don’t see any world where Roo plays that much into the hands of 30+ year olds

not unless someone says they’re going to vote soon
I extended because there’s not many votes at all. You extended after quite a number of votes to try to win. I can also confirm that JTR and Todd want extensions.
First round we had around 30 votes (which is about on par with previous draft votings), now I don't think we even have half so far. Don't think we should've let it run during the weekend in the first place and start on Monday but ya.
