By my count, if we count Flanz vote (both teams agreed not to) and not Black Bush's vote then it's a tie. If we count both of their votes then we're up by 1. If we count neither of their votes then we're up by 1.

Flanz came in and did an actual vote so I am not sure where to go from here. I think it should be counted tbh. Any takes on this from Delicious Meatball SubLarry FarnsworthTOSTIEDad Dog ? etc. black bush was past the deadline so that won't count.
but every vote I have been sent from a participant has been wrong so far so we will see lol. I had a margin of 3 when you had a margin of 1.

I know jackson took a swing there, but he also actually wrote out some reasons. So I would count that. Flanz just quoted it, so whatever, chuck that one if he doesn't feel like clarifying. He seems mostly interested in breaking Chandler, so probably not.

Fred is the high seed here so no hijinks from him at least.
*Tho could just be me getting swept up in Ts train of thought, but I thought it was the rule (not an awesome one, but it made more sense in the first round)
It would be hilarious to lose on a non existent tie breaker rule to a team that has an extra player because our last vote came in three minutes late and their two final votes to tie it are by these people
Bulls: fantastic legacy headliner who's never played, great LN runs 10/10
Frazzle: most creative top 3 in the game and great electronic undercard 10/10
Jaz/Fred: if you told me this was a Bonnaroo poster, I'd believe you 10/10
Whoever is facing King T: honestly inspired collection of both realism and quality, gonna be a hard one to beat in the end - i definitively plan on reading their lineup for sure at some point. 14/10

Yeah the reasoning for not counting Flanz was because it was a pretty obvious troll but I have no reason not to accept his actual vote that came three minutes before the deadline. I'll do a recount but since the highest seed wasn't actually in the rules, we will go to a run-off. I suppose it's fairer anyway. I think that's a good compromise.

People have come in and voted for one round and left, some do a few, etc. It happens a lot, but we've never gotten a rush of inactive posters before.

I think the difference is that someone who regularly posts on the board checking in and voting (something which has for sure happened in other drafts with 20 participants and 30+ votes) feels different than people who haven't posted since I've been on the site.

I'm pretty tired of this debate so I'll probably leave it at this but plenty of people on both sides voted with zero explanation so I'm not sure why that suddenly matters here.
