Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
This was probably already discussed but do we think Primavera rules out anyone playing? I need to see Darkside again after their late night Bonnaroo set that I missed most of.
Lol I messaged DD about this just for shits and giggles. They tend to respond to messages so I figured why not

Never hurts...But I doubt Phil would be that forthcoming with any general info/details, especially this far out!
Oh fuck... Did we just rule out idles and beach house? 😢
Yup yup, but we figured this would be the case anyhow...I thought *maybe* we might get a couple smaller bands from either Picnic or Primavera, but nothing beyond that. Bummed that it means bands like Margaritas Podridas, Nothing, or Magdalena Bay are out but I know Daze will put together a kick ass lineup.
And yes, Phil is pretty generous in responding back to fans/attendees...And although he didn't tell you much, it's enough for all of us at this point!
Would love to finally see Big Thief and DD would be a perfect setting. I was planning on grabbing last minute tickets to the Wiltern shows, but this would be even better.
Smashing Pumpkins performing Gish. Tame Impala performing Inner Speaker or Lonerism, My Bloody Valentine performing Loveless would be my dream with either Portishead or Kyuss, reuniting.
I wasn't there in 2018, how was MBV recevied? I would love for them to make a return. I feel like enough time has passed and MAYBE they'll have a new song or two out by then

I believe they have a new LP coming out this year, right?

Would really love to see Smashing Pumpkins there, playing next to the lake and tearing through their older material.
I don't see My Bloody Valentine coming back to play Loveless from front to back, since they played like 2/3 of it when they were there in 2018. But if they have a new album *finally* coming out, maybe they return to promote that. In 2018 they had a big crowd, and everyone really seemed to dig their immense wall of sound & gaze.
The question is whether King Gizzard, who is a strong possibility of coming back, will be headliner again or return to sub-headliner status. If Tame is there, obviously they'll be a headliner...As well as Portishead, if by some miracle they end up on the bill.

what about someone like Clap your Hands Say Yeah? they are active in 2022 and have a show at Pappy's in July. think they might come back around for a second wave of US dates? Andrew Bird is similar. has some California shows in June but tour stops in August.

MBV has had a new LP coming out "this year" almost every year this century, and it only came true once so far.

I'm down for all of this except loveless. As much as I love MBV, I've seen them live twice and that was twice too much for me

Ok so with Roo shitting the bed I think I'm really gonna make an effort for this. Is the thinking that the lineup will be 2019-sized or 2021-sized?
Tame doing Lonerism, Gizz, and Portishead or MBV would be an absolutely killer top 3 for me.
My wishlist beyond that:
