Looks they the might be setting up a Fall US tour, so it could be a possibility....
Added to top of Page 7! I would love for them to be there this Fall, even though I think it's still kind of a longshot.
I'd add Automatic, Black Marble, Brainstory, Worn-Tin and Grave Flowers Bongo Band to in play based off DD pushing them right now on IG/upcoming events/shows
The Dandy Warhol's finish they're EU/AU tour in June. They could play
Also, Frankie and the witch fingers are playing SF Sept 25th and then KC Oct 4th. They seem likely with a new album out
Love me some Frankie...So they're working on a new album eh? Last time I saw Dandys was in Santa Barbara back in like 2017-18, and they still put on a good show. Both will be added to Page 7...Thanks Murso!

I've seen the dandy's so many times in so many cities it's ridiculous.
Frankie and the witch fingers are ridiculously good live.. I think their actually touring on a new album right now.
Edit: Jesus, that monsters album was 2020. I feel like I lost an entire year. I still feel like they're likely
Seeing Levitation France's announcement this morning, I added Pond to Page 7. Also added Wand, since they have played Daze like 3 times in the past, and last played in 2019.
Could a moderator remove the first post in this thread or flip-flop it with the second so tycobb667 can have the first post and put the updates there instead of page 7?

I’ve deleted my post. Was just trying to stem the tide of 2022 posts in the 2021 thread.

Somebody commented on a recent DD IG post about kikagaku Moyo asking if they'd be at DD and they pinned the comment so if that doesn't confirm them I don't know what will

Yeah I would be shocked if they aren't at Daze this fall, one last time. They're really tight with Phil & Co., and if they do come back, it would be like their 4th time playing the fest.
I think I've stated it before, but I'm expecting Phil to bring back a lot of his favorite/friends bands that have shaped what Daze has become over the years for this special 10th Edition.
Be kinda cool to get David Byrne and/or St Vincent.. neither seem to be booked at that time. Unless his show gets in the way of him touring?
American Utopia ends its run in April and there hasnt been an indication of it getting extended yet. So I would think he just takes a legit break before even doing any regular touring stuff. St Vincent has one show in sept opening for the chili peppers so there is potential with that since there are no other shows after. Although it wouldnt surprise me if Primavera LA got her and they just had to wait on adding.
Sunflower Bean is starting up a new album cycle, and they've played Daze before, so I'm adding them to the list on the first post.
I'm really digging their new single btw. Pretty catchy, love the main melody:
I saw them open up for diiv forever ago at Baby's and they were great. Then I saw them again a few years later and they seemed very different. I'm gonna have to go back and listen to them again
Alvvays looks like they're only playing 2 shows this year. Could be in
The new King Gizzard dates make DD even more likely.
They're locked and loaded! I'm hoping that they get a nice 2 hour plus set so that we can get big mix of their harder/thrash/crazy rock and their mircotonal/acoustic material.
They could also play 2 sets, like one on Friday and one Saturday...Which I would be cool with as long as we still get 3 separate headliners.

I may sell my red rocks tickets now.. id probably have to rush back to see them
Bought idles tickets today for Denver, so I feel better about that now
I mean hell, Gizz and one of Kikagaku's final performances is worth the price of early bird admission alone.
The Devo hall of Fame posts had me wondering too, but that was probably exactly what they were saying it was
Preoccupations Metz, temples and Viagra boys will all have wrapped up EU tours well before this. Black angels also aren't playing but one show and seen likely as friends of Phil

Yeah I didn't want to get my hopes up too much about the Devo post either but that would be sweet! Weren't they billed in 2019 as their farewell tour?

Lol yeah but I'm pretty sure they are still playing
There's a Cali and a ny show in may, so maybe it's just one offs right now
