I feel like I saw a festival appearance on a poster a few days ago so not completely out of the question.

Lizzo is awesome and would have been a great headliner.

because not liking something isnt equivalent to saying something is bad. for example, I hate MGK and think his music is objectively bad and dont understand the appeal. re: Lizzo, I get the appeal, and think shes deserving of her fame, but her music doesnt personally speak to me. It doesn’t always have to be black and white.

sounds like pandering. I have nothing against Lizzo personally, she seems cool. Still don't want her at a fest I'm going to because her music isn't good.

I saw Lizzo at a fucking art gallery before I knew who she was. Zero idea what she sounded like but I was too drunk to leave safely. I haven’t shaken my ass that hard since I saw Liquid Liquid back in the Nineties. For that she will forever get my respect.

There’s speculation that SZA is gonna drop info about a new album since she’s playing SNL this weekend. I’d be happy with that too.
