How are y’all affording presale? I’m still incredibly broke from this year.
Some people didn’t have to buy a ton of aloe just to be comfortable on the plane home.
€195 is really really cheap in comparison to most US festivals, imo. I’d totally eat ramen for a few weeks to make that happen. You’ve also got a year to save for flights/lodging, too. It’s really a win/win.

All the money I saved on concert and festivals tickets (and gas/social life) due to the pandemic. 2 years of skipping 3 festivals / year and 1.5 years of skipping probably 100 shows has left me with a reasonable budget for making up for lost time. Would have even more if I stopped wasting money on fast food.
Just saw This Ain't No Picnic is 800 bucks for VIP. Two-day festival. So yeah, go ahead and *splurge* for VIP here.
While I fully agree with your sentiment, It’s not like PS is devoid of price gouging though. While the pre-sale was was cheap for the LA edition, VIP clock in at $975 before fees. California is just generally more expensive, imo.
It seems like stuff is filling up fast, too, from Booking at least. The hotel we reserved at is booked up and noticed a lot more were too.
It wasn’t the greatest but close to the beach and totally walkable to the Parc del Forum. We never felt unsafe, either. You’d do more busses though. It’s also $600 for 4 nights.
