Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Yeah Mark, you and Danielle were part of the very first "tent only camping group", but back then it was flying under the listserv banner rather than Inforoo (not that it matters, cool people all around). Just want to remind folks, if you want in on the group, just send me a msg w/ your email, not (cough...lucid...cough) mentioning any names (cough...lucid...cough), msg me and your in the loop. Leo P.S. Thanks for all of the supportive emails, mom and baby are doing great, pics are at www.poorvin.com/leo/baby/
good deal, as long as the original baby flag will be there, the colors dont matter. we will be in camping only area again, so im sure we wont be far off. sounds like it will be a decent sized community this year. we will be near by im sure. good to hear the family is doing well. and leo, what road do you take in to the fest? bushy branch or the main drag?
oops...i accidentally smited briand, i was trying to show him how this worked, and he told me to explain because he felt like a giant douche for having negative karma
How about we have some community beverages within our group. Basically we will contribute water, soda or beer. Just an idea..might be a problem with some ppl mooching..what do you guys think?
we'll be happy to bring a lot of everything, i think the beer is the best idea, it allows for more variety, i usually find the more different types of beer i drink the drunker i get
i could almost see people mooching though, maybe have a minimum buy in or at least a buy in of some sort, so there is not a ton of people free loading while only a few supply
i'll try to bring some half gallon growlers from the brew-pub i work at on the plane, if not ill get a p.o. box in TN. and mail it there.... Really good, strong beer.
i love promoting the stuff my area, as this central drinking idea would come in. i think it would be better if it was just beer, instead of other liquids. beers from around the country would just be great to get together. last year i said drink whatever you want, it went alright. but this year ill be driving down, so ill have a lot of Utica Club, a local pilsener beer, cheap and wonderful. as well some Saranac Black Forest, as i work for the brewery, its clutch. any other saranacs anyone would like? otherwise it will be just Black Forest...
I'm all for the beer sharing... I love microbrews, and trying new brews. But again, I'm flying in with just a backpack so I can't really bring any myself... but I'd definitely contribute some money.....

Same goes for me too, but it doesn't mean you can't buy beer once you land in TN. I wonder what the choice of beer is out there?

That sounds really good.
I was planning on sharing. I would hope we do not have to worry about moochers in our group at a place like roo.
I'll hit the good local brew pubs and pick up the best from each. i was also thinking about "off topic" going around boise and taking pictures of cool stuff for those of you who have never been to boise.
We love beer. A variety is always awesome. We are driving so we'll have room for beer/ect. If there's anyone that's flying that would like us to pick you up something just give me a shout via email. Just tell me whatcha want and how much you wanna spend.
So we are contemplating what beers we could contribute when i recall the rule "no glass allowed." What the F? I am so excited about trying new beers. My brain is frozen just trying to remember a variety of good canned beers. How have others handled this "no glass bottle" thing in the past?
You guys should check out this site www.ratebeer.com. I was lookin at the top 50 beers and all the reviews of beers that I normally drink like Bud light, Budweiser, Newcastle, etc. They all got bad reviews compared to some of these beers ive never even heard of that I want to try now but, I realized i can't even find all these beers that have such great reviews on that site. I really need to go to one of these big beer festivals.
hey deloused try to look up "www.bevmo.com" you can order what you want as long as you know what your looking for. ps my shoes are brown have you seen them.
Torn between finding someone to drive and taking a greyhound. Thinking the greyhound with a group to camp in tent only. Any possibility of getting in on the emails to see what is going on.
Is it difficult to get in from the Manchester greyhound station? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
