No kidding Lucid. I was tryng to figure out how many we are talking about; there were 32 contacts on the email list when I gave up on it (and very few are soloroosters), plus any more we pick up from here on out... plus flags and tiki torches and lightsticks (I ordered a case of 50 today) it will be hard NOT to find us.
i am going to camp with my car, but i really want to make a point to come over and find you guys in tent only. it would be really cool to meet some of you. when i'm walking thru i will look for leo's flag and all the tiki torches.

Yeah i mean we'll probably pull off one main camp then it'll end up being sort of an inforoo cluster... Tent only didnt fill in super fast last year....
and Lucid, I think you should definitely make the shirt with Keller on it... when i saw your myspace i was all befuddled for a moment when you didn't have dark shaggy brown hair... I keep thinking the smiling guy with the guitar was you even though I knew it was him

Is there a way to post a list of people in the group since there is alot of people as is. I could go through all 12-13 pages, but thats a headache. This will help with new people that join the group as well, so they can get aquaited with everyone. Just an idea.
Here's the email list that was current as on 5/5, the inforoo name is listed if I have it. Most people aren't going solo, so the actual # may (probably will) be higher.
is frozen me? freeze? or someone else, because im missing on there... its alright anyways, with this many people, and being in contact with leo, im sure i cant miss it
im going to put a deadline on the phone tree as suggested by leo. so if you want in on it im posting everything that i have compiled on june 7th. ill make changes as they come but ill only be in town until the 13th. so if you miss it you have 6 days to pm me.
Thanks to Andrea, we have scans of last year's map. Here is the section containing the tent camping area. I've marked where I camped last year which is where I recommend for this year too.
I think it's a good spot b/c it's in the middle of an area (so that people aren't stumbling through as a shortcut), it's not so close to the centeroo entrance that it'll fill up too quick, it's on an mild incline so any rain will run off, and it has a very nice view of the main stage. I'm open to other suggestions though. A problem would arise if we decide on a location and then find out that the tent camping area is set up differently than last year. I'm trying to find out from the Bonnaroo people if the setup is the same or not.
I've put the list people probably joining us in the original post on pg 1 and I'll keep it updated as needed. If you're not on the list and are going to join us, shoot me a PM and I'll add you.

Do you think that maybe the people that are getting there early should each pick one person/group that's arriving late to save a spot for?
I'm not sure how many people are coming late, but if it starts to fill up we would look like total douches saving this giant area for the the latecomers.... but if we each just save one tent/canopy size spot next to ours it wouldn't *look* as rude at least and it won't be just one person's (like Leo!) responsibility to keep their eye on it.
I'm not sure if there are too many people that are coming Thursday evening, but if there are I could put that list together and match people up or something.
And if there aren't many tent-only people coming late, well, then Kampy I can at least put aside a spot for you if you're worried ;D
Tara, that sounds like a great idea! You might want to check w/ briand, he's getting the phone list together and should have the best idea regarding who's getting there early. Then those who need space reserved could let you know and you can match people up. I can put a note up in my original post for latecomers to PM you if you'd like.
I'm flying up to Bonnaroo alone this year from Louisiana. First time flying and first time being at Bonnaroo solo...I'm totally interested in joining the camping group so I have some people to hang out with during "down time". I think I've PMd everybody that I need to. I'm looking forward to this being the best Bonnaroo yet!!
