Apologies for the double post. It’s actually easy to find shitty quality cellphone videos of the recent Misfits shows, but watching them reminds me of a thought I had the first time I saw them live. Is Doyle’s guitar even turned on most of the time? I know he admits to not being a good guitarist. But I’m not hearing two guitars, Acey Slade is always tucked into the shadows, and he’s doing slides that aren’t always audible. Kind of a wild prop to just have the bass players meathead little brother running around punching the guitar.
