*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
So weird...I was right next to you guys...we (my friend and I)actually gave some of your crew our chairs and cooler when we left. I think you'll notice your pirate balloon hovering mid-picture...

This is our campsite. Not too bad for festival and Roo newbies, but really that's thanks to all the fine people who gave their advice here.
This is our view of the What Stage from our Tent. Not bad, but as I said elsewhere I think we didn't get to know as many people or build the friendships we would have if we were farther away.

Kick ass spot, man! I was probably two minutes farther into Tent Only. Those close spots are killer, though. I love being that close and being able to go back to camp at any time and not miss a thing. You are right in the heart of Bonnaroo, and every day you can really feel it beating. When did you guys get into Tent Only? We didn't stay all the way at the end of the road, because we got sick of walking at one point and just plopped down. Karma for my extended neighbor!

All of your pictures are making me even more stoked about my first time at Bonnaroo and giving me some great ideas....
definitely, looking through this has got me more excited than anything on the troo music boards. helped me remember that a huge reason i am going is because of this ^^ setting up camp and hanging out with a bunch of friends with no worries. easily my favorite thing in the world to do, throw in good music and i couldnt ask for more. with all the talk about the lineup is good to be reminded of the other part of bonnaroo, outside centeroo.

I was within 100 feet of you (or so it looks) I think I remember your flag. Mine was just a long skinny lime green one.
I know its not my campsite, but this is where I was at a few days after bonnaroo. One of my former football players got a scholarship to play football for the Gators, and they toured us next to the two NC trophies and Heisman trophy's, very impressive.

As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!
does anyone have pics of inside family camp? i am wondering if the size for camping there is as crowded or a little roomier. we were thinking of getting the brown-topped screen hous from wally world that is in a lot of these pictures, but with it in between the trunk and the tent, the open sides would have to face them, making our width a little over 12" and i don't want to be greedy or encroach on others' space.

I think family camping is kinda like Access - you end up with a little more room then in GA but I can't tell you for sure - there is a family camping section on the board - you might want to ask someone that has posted there.
Does anyone have advice on attaching fabric to the ez-ups? I bought some beautiful fabric last year to use as "walls" to get a little privacy now and then but keeping them up was a nightmare, especially if there was any rain. I thought we were going to put grommetts in this year but they are a giant pain in the ass!!! Any and all suggestions are welcome.
Depends on what kind of fabric but if they are just for roo can you get "eyes" from a fabric store and cut and glue them in the fabric and ziptie them on the canopie.

I bought plastic clamps. Got an assorted pack of different sizes at walmart for $8. Needed something heavy duty since I'm putting up tarps.
Haha I got the same bag o' clamps. Worked really nicely when I did my test run last week. Probably going to get another bag of them just in case of need.

Bumping this thread for great justice. Let's see your campsites from Roo 09! This is unfortunately probably the best picture I have of my campsite, the neighbor kid Trent (who was really cool but we forgot his last name) is sleeping in our shade haha. My tent is on the other side of the EZ-Up, and yep this is Tent Only (even though there was the odd car somehow).

Love all the ideas and pics! I read a lot about setting up and "claiming space" when you first park. . . but we are planning on getting there EARLY Thurs morning. Will the lack of light cause a problem? Does it make it easier if less people are coming in at that time?? Anyone with any advice would be helpful! Thanks.
