any incarnation of les claypool (except gabby ladeedaa) would be great. i'd dig on some flaming lips. tenacious d would be fun. how about some experimental hiphop? themselves, cLOUDDEAD, odd nosdom... not sure if they do live shows, but they're worth checking out.
I don't know if I would complain if Neutral Milk Hotel were added... Anyone firmiliar with them?
It's been over ten years since they last performed together if I'm not mistaken. Jeff Mangum (songwriter, vocalist) has popped on stage with Elf Power a couple of times this past year, but other than that, he steers pretty clear of the public eye. So yeah, what I'm getting at is...don't count on it.

Yeah unfortunatly no chance on the milk.
I would like to see some DJ's added to . RJD2 would be cool as he is from my town and I have seen him in some of the record shops when he does shows. I missed the set last year and still sad about that.
Honestly there are plenty of artists I'd like added but if the Flaming Lips and Ben Harper (2 very good possibilities) got added this will be the absolutely best lineup I've ever seen. I'm so excited to go, I can't wait until June.

I'm digging the ideas of Flaming Lips and Ben Harper. Neither of them were there last year so I think it's quite possible.
On another note, thanks for the info on Neutral Milk Hotel. I had no idea. I just know I was introduced to them by a good friend of mine and really like them a lot.
Great suggestions grimace - Ben Harper and the Lips were my favorite 2 shows from '03, and that recent arcade fire album is incredible! I can't keep it out of my CD player...
I really want to see Ryan Adams & the Cardinals, Sufjan Stevens, the Flaming Lips and Willie Nelson added...and I also think the Go! Team and Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings would be fantastic late-night additions.
Flaming Lips - Always great live and have a new album coming Danger Doom - Doom wants to tour with the characters from Adult Swim. How cool would it be to see Master Shake at Bonnaroo? Mars Volta - They toured so much last year though, so I don't really see that happening. Sonic Youth - Favorite band of all time! Paul McCartney - Probably not feasible, but he did play a lot of festivals last year and seems to enjoy the big crowds. How sick would that be?
Others I'd love to see there: Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Arcade Fire, Bob Mould, Sinead........shit, I could go on forever.
On the other hand, the lineup already kicks ass, that's why I am flying in from Cali for my 1st Bonnaroo. Can't freakin wait!
