the lineup should be coming out in the next 2-3 weeks, do we think the mars volta will be there? that will probably be THE ONE show i will have to see if they are there, regardless of who else is playing

several of my friends were able to hit up the mars volta shows in new england and after only getting a chance to see a portion of them in 05 i'd love nothing more than to see them at the roo again. plus they'll give some incentive to those who are on the fence about going to roo, as if it's a tough decision.
If you feel it worthy of making you watch that wretched channel "Fuse," The Mars Volta is apparently scheduled to be on today's episode. Yeah, completest, I know.

Well, easy answer for me. Although there would be pain in knowing what I was missing, Zep all the way.
But with several Mars Volta performances under my hat (and another one coming up in Columbus this weekend), and as a lifelong (albeit a short 27 years) Zep fan, they are my most wanted live act behind a real deal Floyd reunion.....no matter how old.
I hope I never have to make a decision like that though.
Some Virginia Tech student has a copy of the new album on the Coma. There is a farking crazy thread going on at the Comatorium about it. There is a picture of the album with it open to the lyrics of Conjugal Burns on page 4 of the thread.
Maybe it will show up in a couple of days, but the Comatorium is down to prevent the leak. Sorry guys, but I will try to find it in the next couple of days. If not, then oh well. It comes out in two weeks so I am not too upset.

Wow, you guys are quick.
Figured Id stop by and let you all know I haven't forgotten about a single one of you by letting you know the album has dropped.
Saw them last night @ Terminal 5 in the city. I don't have the time or the words to describe it. My 5th TMV shows, and I really cant even say how much tighter they've gotten. Not to mention the fact that Pridgen is the most impecable drummer I've ever heard. He's just in the zone every time, without fail.
I figured I'd be posting regularly here by now, but I got a job at the largest Independent record store in NY, and its been taking up all my time. Not to mention the fact that I probably won't be down for Roo this year unless they drop an insane lineup. One like last year just isn't going to cut it. I'm probably gonna be partying my ass off at Vineland, Langerado and 10k this year instead.
Cmon Superfly...... Change my mind.
P.s- I still havent heard the new TMV as I dont have an account at the particular torrent site. Someone PLEASE up this in the lossless format it was provided in!!!!!! Please don't distribute anything under 320.
