I don't know what to think. Sawyer wasn't one of the 6, so I assume he died on the island or whatever happens to the rest of em. That Kate flash forward was obviously before Jack's mental decline. So I think the one with the mysterious coffin is after that flash forward.
well this week when they got off the plane, Kate was obviously disappointed that "someone" didn't show up to greet her off the plane. The only people i could think of are her mother(which you saw at the trial and they hated each other) and sawyer. There's not really anybody else in her life...
I think Kate may have thought that her mom was dead (from cancer), and her mom not showing up was just a confirmation of that.... that's probably why she looked disappointed.

good point. But remember in court, she was FURIOUS with her mom. that was after the plane landing... so, i don't know what to think about that.
i have to break out my "HUGO NUMBERS" shirt in 2 weeks. i freaking loved when he got in that car last night with cheech and the numbers were in the odometer/speedometer. Flashforward to him driving 100mph down the interstate being pursued by police early in the season. i wonder if the numbers ever changed...

What about Kate's dad, (I guess technically her mom's first husband)? He was in the army or something in that one episode where Kate went to talk to him. Did anything ever happen to him? Maybe she was disappointed that he didn't show up?

I don't think we've seen him since the flashback episode where we learn he's not her real father. She may have been disappointed that he didn't show up.... but then again, we're also lead to believe that he called the authorities on her after she visited him in the office. So maybe he's embarassed or he thinks she's upset with him?

I've heard of this theory before, but I have a hard time with it. I'm more inclined to lean toward a vortex/worm hole theory, which may have some time travel qualities to it but doesn't hold to the idea that there's an actual "time machine". Their whole idea about Ben's mom is a little far-fetched, in my opinion. Not so sure she's central to the whole plot.
I'm more intrigued by the idea that Dr. Alpert doesn't seem to age. I don't think it's linked to time travel necessarily, but more that time on the island is slower than real world time.

yea, i want to believe that he somehow made it back to the island....i mean heck sawyer did it and there was plenty of time left so jin could def. have made it
Good way to end the season! Answered some questions, but raised so many more.... very Lost-style! I'm still not convinced that Jin is actually dead. It may be that I have a hard time accepting it because I like him so much.
Now I'm more intrigued by Charlotte. Haven't really liked her so much but now I want to know all about her.
